It’s been a long while since I’ve applied myself to staying fit and healthy. Last year I started doing these challenges and it helped me lose roughly 20lbs. However, I fell off the wagon and struggled to get back on track my eye opener was realizing I gained all my weight back. So here I am and I hope trying to get back on track and I’m hoping these challenges and yalls motivation and support will help keep me on track. Wish me luck guys 😃.

Crushed my weight gain in May! I think it's mostly owed to 10k daily steps, more water and having a 1250 to 1350 weekly calorie average.
Really, really, really looking forward to finally meeting my UGW this month and posting progress pics.

FYI: My body fat (BF) had been back and forth between 33% and 35% from Oct 2019 to March 2020. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 31% twice in May - on my way!

Hi, I'm new to my fitness Pal challenges but I need all the help I can get. I had my baby last May and nursing her has led to a very sedentary lifestyle eating biscuits and now I have to pay the price. I have gained 4 stone since falling pregnant and it needs to go! I am now doing intermittent fasting and extra long dog walks, although I already did 45 mins a day before. So fingers crossed I shift some weight this month
