For those weighing in daily, if you see a little weight gain here and there, this is okay. Keep in mind, our body weight fluctuates all through out the day. You’ll weigh less in the morning and more in the evening. The key is seeing your weight trend going down. Keep tracking, choosing healthier foods, move a little more and drink lots of water! Pushed myself to get through my workout and long walk today, but happy to have sucked it up and completed it. Tried the Chocolate Haze Craze chobani flip -- the chocolate and nuts made it better than the other hazelnut one, but I'm still not a fan. I'll go back to my favorite yogurt flavors---strawberry cheesecake, honey, vanilla, berry (any of them) and stick to my jello chocolate pudding cups if I want a chocolate flavored creamy treat!
