    I am a single mother of 3 year old twins. My weight struggled started before I got pregnant. I quit smoking and gained 50lbs. I was just celebrating the loss of 20lbs when I got pregnant. I keep losing weight in the winter,spring and putting weight back on in the fall. I cannot fall off again!

    70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had hip surgery March 10th. Recovery is slow. Sure do want to be back doing 5 miles a day!

    The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

    Goal is to get back to 59kg permanently, or even 58 by the end of June. Maintenance is damn hard!
