NOTES - i hope I can keep this going. Today is Motherβs Day here in France and weβve been Invited to a friends house to lunch. She is making Moroccan couscous for us and Iβm not sure how the whole meal is gonna go. I think if itβs pretty big like they tend to be i will have to skip on dinner.

It was amazing!! I have no idea how to track this lunch. We had it Moroccan style where we all ate out of the same dish. We didnβt have our own plates. I was pretty full by the end but made sure I stopped before my βoops I ate too muchβ hiccups started. this means I stopped at the right time. I had to wait awhile for dessert tho. Luckily she brought it out much later with some coffee and Moroccan mint tea.5 -
Ive been on and off here for a few years. Did really well 2 years ago when i was losing weight for a holiday i was going on. I ate like a pig on that holiday and havent stopped since π put on around 20kg in nearly 2 years and i cant stop eating π. So im back again and im gonna give it my best shot as im off to Florida (hopefully) in September so want to lose as much as i can before then!

Went up 2.7 lbs this week trying not to discouraged since I've been incorporating a lot more weight lifting with my cardio than I typically do when I start diet and exercising.

When you get annoyed that you have had to restrict yourself, you eat all the junk food and it shows up.

FYI: My body fat (BF) had been back and forth between 33% and 35% from Oct 2019 to March 2020. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 31% twice in May - on my way!

That looks amazing!! Couscous for sure. No meat, it was likely quite low in calorie. Maybe a bit carb heavy (really good healthy carbs) and a bit salty?
