Event miles of each participant aggregated at end of May = 2,105.62 miles. For every 50 miles, a pair of shoes will be donated to an area healthcare or janitorial worker = 42 pairs of shoes! 6/4: M&S Day 3 + π΄ββοΈ + Stronger by Zumba. Total: 1,5hrs
6/5: M&S Day 4 + Popsugars Tabata + πΆββοΈwπΆββοΈ. Total: 1,5 hrs
6/6: 1h π΄ββοΈ in 5 chuncks. No time for a cardio workout, unfortunately...

Mo would have been my strength day. However, I ran in the morning, PR for the 30 min and then biked up and about. No time left for lifting, but I went to bed early, yeay to that!
