    I'm in aiming for 40 hrs, but what I need to work on is the intake. It's a pitty if I undo all the work that way... Sleep is still a big issue...

    6/1: M&S Day 1 + running. Total: 1hr
    6/2: M&S Day 2 + πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ + HasFit Tabata. Total: 1,5 hrs
    6/3: Cardio 40 min (HasFit again) + 50 min πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ
    6/4: M&S Day 3 + πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ + Stronger by Zumba. Total: 1,5hrs
    6/5: M&S Day 4 + Popsugars Tabata + πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈwπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ. Total: 1,5 hrs
    6/6: 1h πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ in 5 chuncks. No time for a cardio workout, unfortunately...
    6/7: 45 min πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ + 45 min HasFit tabata w dumbbells

    Mo would have been my strength day. However, I ran in the morning, PR for the 30 min and then biked up and about. No time left for lifting, but I went to bed early, yeay to that!
