What's Your Most Recent NSV

I had purse and car keys in hand 3x times this weekend, ready to head out the door to buy "garbage." It was a rough weekend with personal / family problems, and I got busy and kept my mind off things and didn't binge on junk food. I'm proud of myself.27

I have a few from the past few days. 1. I've had 3 or 4 compliments on my fitness level since Friday. 2. I've been able to push myself to work harder since the gym reopened. I think part of it is that I have known one of the trainers at my gym for several years, and just knowing her and how hard she works out is subconsciously motivating me to work harder. 3.As a result, I used 30 lb dumbells for my bicep curls today and 40 lb dumbells for my dumbell chest press today. Both for about 10-12 reps.18

I have hated how I've looked for so long and I actually don't hate this picture and my dimples are back. Can't remember the last time I saw those, I know it was when a Bush was in office! Even the fact that I was willing to take a selfie is a NSV in itself. I really needed that motivation, too. Have been becoming complacent recently, so thank you God!
What's your recent NSV?
I can wear my size 30 (European woman size) pants my mom bought for me about 2 years ago for the first time ever!!!

Such a great feeling!! Congratulations!!4 -
My skirts feel more comfortable. Even though I haven't lost that much weight since lockdown turns out I've lost a couple inches off my hips and waist, so that exercise is paying off in a different way!17

I bought a size 6 of my favorite brand of jeans with hoped that I could shrink into them eventually (wanted some inspiration in the closet). They came today so I tried them on to see how far I have to go. THEY FIT!!!!!!! They are a bit stretchy, which helps, but I don't think I've ever worn a 6. I went through puberty and immediately into a 10 and then 12s and 14s, and sometimes 16s.20

I just ordered underwear in my usual size and I'm kinda worried it might be too loose.12

Thank you! It definitely is, although it hasn't quite landed yet. I'm finally feeling good enough to do some actual exercising that isn't it stretching. It's been terrifying but I'm sure I will be able to do normal workouts soon enough!8 -
In a size ten (uk) top this morning, and dress yesterday. Even though I know that's mostly the fabric and cut (I'm a 14 really, going off measuring tape) I'll take the win!15

A few from me:
I moved from starting at stage 3 obese to stage 1 obese today.
Starting UK size 22 and now a size 16/18
Started T25 and didn't have to use the modifier for all the exercises (about 50/50 at the moment)23 -
So... I haven't worn pants in months. It's been bathrobes and shorts with elastic, pretty much. So I wasn't expecting much of a change when I put pants on again, considering my waist/hip measurements have only changed by an inch or so. Anyway, I put on some pants and they were quite loose - had to cinch them down quite a bit!
I can also cross my legs now. Couldn't before. I still don't like to but I can DO IT. Also my belly is much farther from the steering wheel now that I'm driving a bit more frequently again.21 -
Only a 6lb and 3 week difference but look at how much inflammation I lost in my face!26 -
Another half inch off of my waist!19
-
Just tied my shoe with it on my foot!22
-
I've lost my double chin, my neck is long and lean, and I can see my biceps getting toned. I believe I can and will get fit.26

Tie my shoe on my lap then never untie it. Just slip it on and off.9 -
Today I put on my bathing suit from last summer. It was a bit big on me. While it’s still a bigger size than I should be wearing I looked better in it than I did last summer so I am happy with the progress.19

Oh no I need to try on my swimsuit. I was almost 20 pounds heavier this time last year, and I bought that swimsuit because the one from the year before was too big!9
