It's mid-June but I'm in. LNS is my kryptonite! My goal is no snacking after 9pm

    Me 1
    LNS 0

Streak 0 (just to clarify, 'streak' refers to times we start again? And why is there a positive (+) sign?)

My goal is no snacking at all after 8pm. On days when snacking wins, my hard line is not exceeding my calories for the day because of it.

“Streak” refers to the number of days you’ve gone since last snacking. You break your streak when you have a LNS & restart at zero.

My June LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine. May: 74%, Best: 74%

    Me: 8 (+1)
    LNS: 7
    Streak: 1 (+1)

Weekend happened and had company both Friday & Saturday nights late so ... *sigh*

    Also, stress eating SUCKS.

June is half way over but I’ve got to start this challenge now because Ive once again started the habit of late night snacking.

This is like fate, I swear. Last week I just started to address my (increasingly serious) late night bingeing problem. I came on the forums tonight for the first time in over a year, and this is the first thread I saw! So I'm only starting from June 7th instead of the 1st. So far I'm doing okay-ish.

Just another day. Does anyone else have issues getting motivated to keep track of the calories? There's a mental block of it being so much work...

@feliciaboots, you can plan your meal the night before and update your daily diary. It takes away the stress of recording every little thing you eat throughout the day especially when you're busy. Eventually it'll become a habit and you'll track your calories effortlessly.

I completely lost track with my tally. I think every other day I probably did LNS'ing, but I started fresh yesterday.

Well, I went way over my calories but I stopped at 8pm (my target time to stop eating), so I'm gonna give myself the W. Small steps.

I did go over Cals yesterday but not due to an overnight snack. It was DH’s birthday! 🍰

Quiet night at home - long day and just hung out inside all night.

I'm so tempted to have something sweet but I guess I'll just have it for breakfast tomorrow.

Ugh, this is so hard and it's only day 4 :( LNS, you're killing me!

A good night last night, although with cycling to work and back today I expect there to be challenges by about 9 PM.
