 @FoolishJoy - Your post has inspired me to start taking pictures. Congratulations on the inches lost - I am amazed at how the scale can trick us into thinking that nothing is changing. As you can see, I have been hovering with my weight loss and just started to lose again. The pictures may give me some motivation. And your breakfast sounded delish!5

 I'm so glad to be a help! I was pretty discouraged myself until I saw those pictures!
 Tbh the pancakes were meh. I went ahead and made some almond flour biscuits (I have to eat grain-free). They were delightful with the jam!

 Bummed to see that number on the scale again, but I expected it. Today I ate within my limits and got in all my water. Had a nice day in the pool and then watched some Netflix with my family. Overall it was a good day!

 Yesterday: Longish walk to local park with a bit of jump rope. Today, another long walk to a different park with city views from the water. My BodyBoss Portable Gym arrived yesterday--bit of an impulse buy from a Facebook ad. Figured I would try it out to see if it will help me get some of the body goals I'm looking for since the gyms won't be opening by me any time soon. Not sure yet how I feel about it.
