    I'm 5'2" and would love some pals. I've been on MFP for a long time but have not been logging my food consistently.

    I lost 30lbs back in 2012 using MFP (gained it all back + some). I've realized I was successful at that time because I was interacting within my group and I can't do this myself. Please add me if you would like to support each other.

    I am 5 foot - nearly 😂 need to loose 50lb not motivated to walk or anything working from home with this COVID pandemic. Need motivation. Lost a stone in a month cutting carbs and trying to follow Keto. Was using carb a manger but mostly American so could not scan everything. Looking for help and tips and a kick up the butt.     Hi I’m 5ft 3 and restarting my journey lost 2 1/2 stone on slimming world but put it all back on. Starting today on a new journey of calorie counting and think protein shake for breakfast as struggle to eat before work.
    Would love some support going through this hope I’m nor to late to join you guys

    Lost 12 kg on WW to ideal weight. Gained and lost a few lbs over the last 20 years.
    Now 52 kg

    On low carb.... averageing 30 g on 1200 cals 5 days; 800 cal 2 days;
    And do time restricted eating between 10am and 4pm ish.
    Seems to be manageable for me.....but I do live by myself, and there are No Treats in the house.....not even for visitors! The look on their face when they ask if there are biscuits or crackers, and I say... No!
