I went to the lactation clinic at the base hospital and the consultant told me I was starving her and suggested formula. We made the switch and she was a chubby, happy baby. 06/18 202.5 really just focusing on getting back in the habit of logging food, drinking more water, and being accountable here. My daily calories are still not in a huge defiecit...im still night nursing. But my quality of foods is improving. Plan on slow and steady loss!
06/19 202.0 stand in scale only does .5 lb increments.
06/21 203 back at work and didnt get water breaks, definitely dehydrated. Had a salty dinner last night too. Onward!
06/22 203.5 definitely not on my a game by any means. Feels good to be back in the habit despite lack of perfect eating or losses. Remembering its tiny baby steps!
06/24 202.5 things that feel better already; anxiety is easing, less negative self talk, eyes arent as puffy, feeling positive about the future, not afraid to get on the scale. I havent given up anything and I've very minimally reduced calories. I'm happy to feel better despite any number on the scale.
06/25 201 (201.2 on regular scale im going to start using again) well look at that! Always nice to have some success to spur me forward.
