Same issue. Won't connect to main page. Info stopped rolling over from Fitbit. What's up?

Same issue with me as well - with me, it happens when I attempt to open my home page. Every now and then, I can open the home page, but more and more infrequently. However, MFP still receives data from my Withings wireless scale. Go figure.

Also glad to hear it's not just me. I sent them a message with screenshots because as you mention, it's becoming unworkable.

Same here. I did see a message that said they were working on steps and syncing on the 25th so perhaps this is all part of that? I can get to the food logging but not the home page. I thought it was with my new phone but then my laptop did the same thing so...I guess we wait.

My Fitbit is not syncing with MFP. Glad I'm not the only one...

HA! You should try moving stuff over when you upgrade a phone!!! I've been trying for 3 days to get the info from MFP over to Samsung health, and apparently, this is a form of technology that is way past the capabilities of MFP's IT "guru's". If this isn't fixed pretty soon it's Lose It!, recipe import or not! Pretty old, I'm glad I'm not paying for the "upgraded" version, if this were costing me money, I'd be livid! It's been going on for about 3 weeks at least.

It would appear you *are* paying for it! People using the free version have the word ‘member’ after their screen name in the forums. You do not, which suggests you’ve paid for the premium version 🤷‍♀️

Nope, I did the 30 day free trial, then immediately cancelled it, as I wanted to see if MFP would break down the nutrients like Samsung Health does, and well, nope, it doesn't, their "information" is rather basic, I'm still riding the free 30 days until July 6.

Fitbit and MyFitnessPal not syncing my steps for last couple of days. Frustrating. I currently use a Fitbit Alta and was thinking of upgrading to Versa 2. ...won't be doing that if the sync is not repaired.

Weird! He definitely doesn’t for me on the iPhone app! 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, "My Home" isn't really functional.

I don't mind as the actual food logging, which is what I use it for, seems to work fine. Really hope they're not migrating towards a "pay-to-play" model...

My brother uses a free app called FatSecret that does nearly the same thing as MFP and he loves it. Maybe time to switch!!!

Yeah, I lost access to my meals. I get the website message of "Please Note: Currently, our site does not support "https add-ons" you may have elected to use with your web browser. If you've enabled such an add-on (such as HTTPS Everywhere) please exclude MyFitnessPal from the add-on's list of sites to see if that helps."

I don't run anything like this. Plus on the app parts of ingredients are missing while the calories are still there.

I also get logged out here constantly. After every post I reply to or make, and a few more random logouts per day.

    Totally not impressed.

That particular error is one I see when I'm having a network error on my side (either outage or slowness to the point of internal time-out), FWIW. I'm not saying that's for sure why it's happening for you, but I'm reasonably certain that's the explanation for some cases where it happens for me.

Site is terrible lately. When I open the app most times I get "updating" and it takes forever. Syncing with Garmin is hit or miss. Support is basically non existent! Keep being told "they're working on it."

I've been getting that message for the last 3 days, but I just tried to access MFP on my mobile and it loaded fine - went back to the laptop and it's still giving me the error. Which is a pain.

This is totally not usable. If I don't use it for a few days until they get it fixed, then you lose your daily streak of days. I know I can fix that but why should I "have" do that. It should work and correctly. I did find a "work around" today by going to community, which is why I'm here, and then going back to home and it worked. Who knows if it will work again. If this doesn't straighten out and not have so many problems, I'm out of here too.

They posted a message yesterday about the FitBit stuff: https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045064472-Scheduled-Maintenance-on-Step-Tracking-6-25

I'm wondering if it's not going well, because my Strava data isn't syncing anymore now.
