I'm in! Been with this group at least 2 months and scale has been moving downward! Slowly but surely...
2 days before weigh-in I carefully watch my sodium intake and that's been helping A LOT with minimizing the scale fluctuations. Following mostly a healthy anti-inflammatory diet and that is helping a lot too.
