    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    June 30 starting weight - 148.0 (ten-day rolling average weight 148.8)
    July goal - 145
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.


    June 30: 146.0 (10-day average 146.3)
    July 4: 148.0 (10-day average 146.5)

    Total loss for July: It's only been four days. Three of those days I was up, so my ten day average is up a bit too. I ended June about 2.5 pounds lighter than I started based on ten-day average weight. The TrendWeight website still says my trend going down, but not as quickly as it was last week, and it's still back where it was on April 8.

    There was a post on the "Lose 5lb +" thread on 4 July; I bet a donut (actually a bagel) that's what @fstrickl was referring to. There's friendly folks over on that thread, too. It's a good thread for people who like to post daily updates, while this one is better for folks who like to just update weekly.
