    Thursday July 02 - 149.4 - Hoping that is just a fluctuation, no interest in revisiting the 150s which I was in for a very long time.

    June start Weight: 206.8 (Weight on May 31st 2020)
    June Goal Weight: 200.8 (6 lb loss)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know when I get there).

    June 01 : 206.8
    June 04: 211.2 Not a good way to start. Death in family, stress eating, glucose drop with eating frenzy and nighttime binge. Disaster!
    June 11: 211.0 Traveled this week and expected a gain, but instead I got a plateau. Should I be grateful or worried? We shall see I guess.
    June 18: 208.4 I am battling glucose drops that force more carbs than what I want in my plan. My body sure fights me when I want to lose weight! But I’m the boss and I will successfully win this fight!
    June 25: 208.5
    June 30: 207.9

    Total Weight Loss for June: Gain 1.1 lbs

    Final Challenge Thoughts: June should have been a better month.
