Hi all,
I'm back after a big break. I lost 20kgs last year but then started a medication that was an appetite stimulant and, well, here we are. I'd love to have some accountability friends - especially anyone in Brisbane, Australia. Happy to cheer each other on! I'll be mostly doing OMAD and some shorter fasting cycles. Trying to improve my fitness too as I've never been fit in my life.

Total loss for July: It's only been four days. Three of those days I was up, so my ten day average is up a bit too. I ended June about 2.5 pounds lighter than I started based on ten-day average weight. The TrendWeight website still says my trend going down, but not as quickly as it was last week, and it's still back where it was on April 8.

It's a good thread for people who like to post daily updates, while this one is better for folks who like to just update weekly.
