7/8- 192.4- good drop but still have a lot to make up. My elliptical broke today so I improvised and ran 3 miles outside and now Iβm super sore. Definitely need a new elliptical ASAP.

I was beginning to feel discouraged, I ate about 200 under my calorie goal to see if I could 'shake things up' but who's to say if that made a difference or if my body was just doing its own thing and dropped the weight without my interference. I'm the only one who uses the scale and I will be purchasing new batteries for it just in case.
