After wandering off track in July and losing only 1.2 pounds, I'm jumping back into tracking. I eat much better when I track. My husband has also started logging, but the online social support isn't his thing. We're hoping to keep each other motivated, and we've both decided to go slow and steady.
I've got more family events coming this month and next, and then the holidays will be here before I know it. So I've set the goal of losing 18 pounds over the next 5 months, which puts me at a goal of 3.6 pounds per month. If I lose more, great!5 -

I never tell anyone how much I weigh but I am really looking forward to this challenge because I feel like it will help to keep me accountable! I hope this works for me because I really need it! I lost weight before but I’ve never needed to lose as much as I need to lose now so this challenge makes me even more determined to lose all this weight.10 -

Hi I am 48 trying Jorge’s 100 eating plan this month. It’s basically protein and alternatives, veggies, nut flours, nuts, certain dairies, healthy oils, 2 c fruit a day. Cuts out sugars and processed foods. Would like to use it until getting to my goal weight then move to a maintenance whole plant based food diet.

Hello, I'm LaJohna and I had been on a pretty good weight loss journey having lost 77 lbs as of March. Since the closing of my gym I have become extremely lazy and quit tracking my foods which caused a lot of weight gain 😬. I like groups like this because of the support and accountability 🙂
