Originally my next mini goal after going under 100kg was going to be 92kg since that will make my BMI overweight instead of obese but I guess that is upgraded to a BIG goal instead of a mini one 😊
In the meantime I’m also trying to reignite my ashtanga yoga practice so my other mini goal is to practice daily for the month of august to see if I can gain momentum.AwesomeSquirrel wrote: »Current mini goal is to reach 95kg, right now I’m 98.5 but it has just been SO SLOW these last 3 months. Know the feeling, dropped to overweight weeks ago and still hovering. URG! But reading everyones goals is making me push on.4 -
Ugh midnight snacked last night. Going to try to not do that again tonight.7

Congratulations! Keep it up!
I like your idea of tracking by %. Just did my calculations so I've dropped 16% which includes prior to mfp. Started March 2019. And 10 lbs would hopefully get me down a size.6 -

Ha! Weighed in at 95kg both today and yesterday! It’s so funny, that literally means that I got to 95kg for 1 aug which was my target but that I thought was impossible since the scales weren’t moving despite my best efforts. Then suddenly Whoosh and 3 kg are gone.
Onto 92 kg - hoping to get there by 1 sep latest.
Everyone talks about the whoosh but I've never had one!5 -

To be able to fit into the several items of clothing I've ordered that I was sadly shocked to find are too small!! Haha, online shopping is dangerous.7

My mini goal is to complete a monthly workout challenge with my friend who lives in another town. We pick something simple that takes less than 15 min to do and text done each day we do it. It's great way to have accountability and cheer each other on. The excercise probably doesn't do much but its a great way to feel accomplished:) so that's this months goal.9

Coming out of quarantine looking and feeling like a million bucks and hopefully feeling ready and healed enough to date again12

Started March 2019 and lost 33 lbs. Regained 17, URG! So 2 mini goals. 1. Lose 1 lb. To put me 40 lbs from goal weight and 2. Lose 2 lbs to get me where I was before the regain. Sound easy? Well I have been hovering in the low 160's FOREVER!4

Lowering my A1C out of the pre-diabetic range by my next check-up in December. I got the diagnosis earlier this month and it definitely snapped me into I need to do something mode.8
-
Getting to the point where I intentionally move my body for at least 15 minutes every day.8

I did not drink enough water aor prepired it off2

I'm down another pound, so I've lost 39 pounds. One more pound to that nice round number!15

I have a bunch of nice, long sleeved cycling tops which are currently too small for me. I am hoping that, by the time it is coll enough to wear them, I will be able to fit into them without looking like an oversized sausage. Last Autumn/Winter I wore the one top that fitted ok on every ride I did. I think my ride mates thought I was too tight to buy anything new.8

Getting through to lunch without snacking!9

Breaking out of the 160’s..for good!

Ok, I missed my July mini goal...of getting under 220.
For August mini-goal - .... lets go for being under 220 (I should get this be mid August) - But my goal... increase water intake as it is so hot and humid here in Alabama, and I want to workout 4 days a week.11 -
to make it through camp meeting without gaining. Yesterday two homemade cinnamon rolls was not a good start.8
-
I'd love to get in the low 250's by the end of August, but I don't know if my body is going to cooperate with this. I've still got a lot of stress in my life and that makes me hold on to weight, especially since I can't go to the gym yet. (And as I have a lot of foot damage, I have a standing budget that my ADLs take up and so I can't walk for exercise.)
I'd settle for losing that last little bit extra across my belly so that I can zip the three pairs of jeans a size down and expand my wardrobe.8 -
I actually just hit my first mini goal yesterday, so it's time to think up a new one!
My goal was to fit into this shirt that I bought for charity, but they didn't have my size, so I had to buy it a size too small. After losing thirty pounds, I decided to try it on yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised at how well it fit! Too bad it'll be a sleep shirt eventually (I have a total of 230 pounds to lose...)
Hmm, I guess my next mini goal will be to fit back into my wedding dress. I was about 50-60 pounds lighter than what my heaviest was when I got married, so, only 20-30 more pounds to go!9 -
I started at 296 and want to weigh 160. So I needed when I started to lose 136 pounds.
44 pounds lost is one-quarter of the weight I need to lose. As of this morning, I've lost forty pounds.
Given the time of the month, I'm not even going to try the new jeans until things settle back down. Ow.12 -
nope didn't do good at 2nd night supper campmeeting either. Got up this morning trying to find something to wear to work and saw this dress that 2 or 3 weeks ago i put on and hips were to tight. The way i ate last two days i thought it would never fit but i remembered i lost inches in my hips so i tried it on and YES!! it fit great!!! Mini Goal....be inspired to do better last two nights of campmeeting.8

My new short term goal is to be under 260 by September 1. I'm 8 pounds away and I know this may be a bit aggressive but even if I fall a bit short, I know I'll have put 100% in and I'll be able to hit it by Mid September at latest if all goes well.11

Mini goal 1 : get under 70kg (I was 70.4kg this morning so hopefully this one is in the next week or two)
Mini goal 2 : fit COMFORTABLY into my jeans. It is theoretically possible to get them on and buttoned right now but not if I want to be able to breathe or move.
Mini goal(s) 3: each 2kg down from 70kg until 62kg (I’ll be chubby at 62kg but theoretically l’ll be out of overweight.
Mini goal 1 was achieved weeks ago (and I posted it then).
Mini goal 2 has also been achieved - I'm sitting here very comfortably in my size 8 jeans.
So now I'm working on getting out of overweight and down to a healthy weight range... about 3.5kg to go. I know better than to put a date deadline on weight loss but I would be thrilled if I could get there by the end of September.9 -
When I started six weeks ago, my short-term goal was to get down to 250 from 269 by August 17, when I start teaching at the university again. At 252 I am 2 lbs away with 12 days to go...14

I want to get to a 30 days / 1 month streak on MFP. I forgot how much consistency helped, and I really feel like this is keeping me on track!13
