 Can I ask when people measure themselves, what do you measure? Iโve noticed my jeans will come down without undoing the button now! Not sure if theyโve stretched! Just thought measurements might be interesting! Thanks. Good luck everyone!4

 I measure the following spots once a month and log in my spreadsheet: bust, under bust, waist, belly, hips, thigh, calf. Itโs interesting to see where the losses show up. Definitely recommend!1

 Not sure how to quote replies, hoping this posts ok. I think you have it exactly right-- today is a new day!! I set calories pretty ambitiously-- then if I stick to calories half the days of the week, I still lose 0.5-1lb a week- and that's not bad! I think its key to keep coming back to it as often as possible, and to keep imperfect days as close to *maintenance* as possible, so even when progress is slow its still trending in the right direction. That's my philosophy on it anyway! Also I live alone and have been working from home since March, so I don't have much else to think about :-D0
