1900 cal for dinner last night. That's not an exaggeration. And then I still feel disappointed this morning when I step on the scale and see my numbers have gone up.
Why do I sabotage myself? Why do I meet my goals for bfast and lunch, and then kill them by dinner? And it's mindless eating, too. As we're cooking, as we're watching TV.
I know that I am better than this. And after a long absence, I am committing to pay more attention to what I eat.
So yes, I could use some friends willing to share their success stories, their tips, and their occasional frustrations.

Hi friends, I initially gained over 50 pounds after yoyo dieting and trying everything under the sun, I have lost 33 pounds so far with IIFYM, I still have a ways to go for my personal goals. I'm building lean muscle along with doing cardio, I want to compete in a bikini competition in the future, feel free to add, I love to support my friends on their journeys. Happy to have new friends! I log in daily. At the recommendation of my doctor I have been working on losing weight since March 2019. So far I've lost 34 pounds, over half way to my goal.

Hi All, I am new to MFP joined 3 days ago. During lock down my weight went to the highest I have ever been 18st 4lbs,
so i decided to do something it about it. I started with light exercises using my yoga ball and watching what i eat. my weight was still up and down. So got ended my toxic relationship. i was then able to focus. my weight started going down. when i stated on here i was down to 17 stone 10. I started logging my meals and increasing my exercises. Today i will weigh myself. i would love to have some friends on here.1 -

Hi everyone, and welcome to those coming back to MFP, those just starting their journey and those of us who keep plugging away at it here. I started here on Sept 17, 2013 and am still going strong. Lost about 50 lbs but gained 10 back this past year so I'm working on getting that off now.
I lift weights, swim, walk/hike and love the gym, which I miss like crazy. I'm 10 weeks out from having a hip replacement and crawling my way back to who I am. It's going great though.
Always looking for inspirational new friends so add me if you want. I'm very supportive and will cheer you on and remind you of your goals periodically............LOL3
