He was going to redo it and resell. Wonder if he did? Any news on what happened?
Love before and after pictures of things, whether it's a room redo, house renovation, backyard changes or body transformation. It always allows our minds to create what we could possibly change in our lives as well.

I have no clue who it was; I just remember his pictures and we were all cringing imagining the varmints hidden among the ruins.
He has sold a few more flipped homes since then. He had a tendency to sell within a month of any flip being listed on MLS. Guessing being that He specialises outside NYC, yet still NYC zipcode wise, his flips which are turn-key are more coveted by the NYC exodus rich on account of Covid19.0 -

Well now I'm thinking about Bojack
He kept his updates on his page for a while before his total exit. Bojack was certainly not your run of the mill MFPer male friend ... He actually shared sound thoughts and advice. His success and life story are inspirational. Had you viewed his update on his page around March you may recall he was putting in a bid for another home... Not one to sit on his laurels or let Covid 19 slow his normal.

Went to a new place where they rent seadoos. Was quite the experience...
1. The damage deposit was ridiculous.
2. Noticed a trend where other seadoos were trying to race me.
3.Looked down and realized my strapless swimsuit was down to my belly button.
Gona move to another country and start a new life now. Bye.👋12 -
