How to effectively use MFP for Keto

Hi there. I'm just starting out with Keto after much deliberation and seeing some incredible successes by a few of my friends (one of whom lost 140lbs in about 16 months).

I'm trying to figure out how to effectively use this app to keep proper track of this but there are no keto plans etc. Can anyone please let me know how you're doing it. I know I'm not the only one here wanting to succeed with Keto.
