I like to track averages due to my wild fluctuations. For the same reason, I like to weigh daily so I can see the lows from time to time. It gives me hope.
Round 123
Month/Day: Weight / Comment
08/15: 207.4
08/16: 207.8 / The last couple days are pop-ups from the last day of last round. I can’t imagine why. :-p What is so bad about two days in a row with big messy cheese burgers for lunch. Friday’s was at a high-end gourmet restaurant for a work meeting. Saturday’s was at a local yocal dive after a morning of fishing with a friend. Both were delicious. Then last night, dinner out with some friends. I guess I should be happy I am only this heavy.
Glad to be back at it again this round.
08/17: 207.2 / I would call this a victory. For the weekend, not bad.
08/18: 207.8 / Anniversary today! 41 years with DW! For some of you, yes that means I am old enough to be your father. But, not too old to keep learning. Dinner out today will probably make some waves tomorrow on the ten-day chart.
BTW, with four days in a row with an identical third digit (7) I feel out of place. I jump around so much this never happens. Strangely, my last two ten-day averages have that same digit.
08/19: 206.6 / Ok, I like this “wave.” We went out for lunch yesterday instead of out for the evening meal. Made a good choice or two. Had a short bike ride to pick up our CSA (we have one too @kblanc14 !) and a walk around the block at dusk.
08/20: 205.4 / It’s low tide. High tide is coming, but maybe not as high. I am trying to get low tide lower and high tide lower.
08/21: 207.8 / H2O
08/22: 207.8 / lucky 7
08/23: 207.6 / I think my bod is trying to tell me it likes 207. My mind doesn’t mind it either as a place to hover. But, it is too close to 210 and I want to maintain just a hair lower than this. In fact as stated above, I want to touch 199, just to say I did.
I am thinking that a realistic maintenance goal for me needs to be a seven to ten pound range, but no greater than 210.
NSV: XL shirts look way too baggy on me now. I just purchased a few new shirts for work, size L.
08/24: 208.0 / Yesterday was a decent day calorie-wise. Lots of salt due to house guests and special menu items. I smoked some “country style” ribs yesterday. Can’t eat just one.
I did meet (meat) my goal this time, by a fraction. I need to be good the next four days because we have a little getaway planned for the next weekend.

Previous days08/15 DNW, came back from vacation today.
08/16 116.4 I’ll take it considering before vacation I was holding water from TOM and weighing in at 116.8. Food during vacation was pretty solid and I wasn’t too indulgent, but I also didn’t say no to anything. We ate out twice by the end of it, which wasn’t too bad. I feel good and got in a spin bike workout for the day! Have a good Sunday everyone!
08/17 116.4 It’s been a whirlwind of a day playing catch up at work after being gone for a week! Food was solid yesterday and today has been on point as well. We did a good soccer workout this morning and planning to go for a walk tomorrow morning! My brain is a little mushy at this point in the day and all I can think to say is that it’s CSA day today and I’m excited for that in a couple hours! Have a good night everyone!
08/18 116.2 We went for a really good 6ish mile walk this morning. I’m on my own tomorrow for my higher intensity workout, so I’m planning a yard workout incorporating jump rope, burpees, some soccer drills, body weight exercises like push-ups and lunges, mountain climbers and all sorts of fun stuff.
The CSA pick up was full of greens last night along with a zucchini, a pepper, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and purple radishes. Then for fruit we got a dozen donut peaches, two watermelon, a cantaloupe, and honeydew. I felt like I hit the jackpot for fruit!
Dinner was a little salty last night because I made a Thai style greens recipe which had a bunch of stems chopped up small from swiss chard, spigariello, Ethiopian kale, and one other green’s stems I think. Then, I added shredded collard greens. The sauce used coconut oil, coconut milk, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, chilies, lime juice and I added some tamari because I didn’t want to use as much fish sauce as the recipe called for. I thought it came out pretty good, my husband tolerated it lol (he doesn’t care for cooked greens) so he ate 25% of it and I ate the other 75% of it. For protein I scrambled some hamburger and we topped it with siracha. I think we’re having roasted chicken for dinner tonight with potatoes and beets!
08/19 115.2 Started my day with a HIIT/soccer style workout and torched at least 400ish calories. Last night’s dinner was grilled chicken leg quarters with roasted beets and sweet potatoes. Yumm! Today’s breakfast will be a large amount of honeydew melon, cantaloupe, maybe a peach, and the last granola bar (calorie dense bar I made for hiking coming in at 400 kcals) that I made for our trip last week. My snack will be oatmeal with peaches and dinner will be mushroom and spinach ravioli with salad and heirloom cherry tomatoes.
Enjoy your day!
08/20 115.6 Went for a 6ish mile walk this morning. Realized that my hips are really tight from my workout yesterday and need to stretch later today. We ended up getting Chipotle takeout for dinner last night but I was a lot more conscious of what I ordered last night and didn’t completely decimate myself with sodium. I also trimmed off about 200 calories by planning it out with their nutrition calculator. I clocked in at like 700ish calories instead of the 900-1,000 calorie bowl I got last time. So I consider that a bit of a win for me. I’m not sure what is on the agenda tonight for dinner but I’m looking forward to having yogurt, fruit, and granola for breakfast! It’s so crazy that after a week or so of not having yogurt, I was actually craving it. Luckily we got a food order this morning, so I have some waiting for me in the fridge now 😊.
08/21 115.4 We did a nice soccer workout this morning. Food was solid yesterday. It will be my typical yogurt and granola for breakfast and I’m thinking maybe tacos for dinner or a meat sauce with ravioli for dinner tonight. I’m not too sure about it all. Have a good day and happy Friday!
08/22 115.4 My husband and I went for a quick walk this morning (almost a mile and a half), then when we got home I jumped on the spin bike for a half hour class via Youtube. I continued riding for another 20 minutes afterwards at a slower pace while watching a Netflix show.
I finally got my “proof of Canadian citizenship application” paperwork completed and got that in the mail. It’s taken months to gather all the documents and find the time to fill everything out/make sure I wasn’t forgetting anything. So, that feels great to have it done! My dad is a Canadian citizen and hopefully I’m able to officially get mine. (He moved down here from New Brunswick in the 60’s.) I’m submitting the application to give us another option if any sort of opportunities pop up. The rest of today will be a lazy one. Later tonight we’re getting Thai takeout with my inlaws and playing a few games before my mother in law goes in for surgery this coming Tuesday. For Thai food, I plan on getting a ginger chicken dish with lots of veggies and a little bit of rice. Have a good rest of the day!
08/23 117.2 Hello salt from Thai food. The crazy part is that it didn’t even taste that salty. I’ll be curious to see what happens tomorrow. I ended up having a 1 ½ -1 ¾ cups of brown rice (was planning less but I wanted more) to go along with the chicken and veggies. Today, I plan on eating a lot of melon because we have a lot left from our CSA, and tomorrow we get more produce. Luckily, we don’t have too much left for veggies. So… it will be more melon, yogurt, and granola for breakfast. Dinner will be thin crust pizza with tomato, basil, eggplant, bell pepper, and fresh mozzarella. I might try grilling it because it’s one of those premade crusts that are shelf-stable, so it should be sturdy enough for the grill. [/spoiler]
08/24 116.4 Went for a 7 mile walk this morning. Yesterday was a very lazy for us. I Was just plain tired and didn’t want to do anything. The only productive thing I did was do our dishes. The very lazy day was needed and I’ll just throw a load of laundry in today. Food was pretty good yesterday too. I ate lots of melon and even got to the point where I didn’t even want to think about watermelon for a bit lol. I need to freeze the rest into cube for smoothies or something because we still have a decent amount left and are probably getting more today. Dinner last night ended up being leftover tacos which worked better calorie wise for me too! It was a win win just having to heat something up instead of full on making something. It also helped me use up some leftover roasted sweet potatoes that I put on top of it. Dinner tonight will be the pizza mentioned above 😊. That’s it for my ramblings, have a happy Monday!
Maintained for this round with lots of ups and down with water weight. On to the next round!

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS
One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

Day/Weight/Calories Previous Day/Snack Status/Comment
8/15 - 182.8 - 1702 ☹️ - night time popcorn and ice cream ☹️
How did I get into this nighttime snacking habit? Aaaack! My ideal this round is no snacks after dinner; my primary goal is, if I must snack, make it one serving of air-popped popcorn. That would still cut calories and I can work on the popcorn monster later. One habit at a time, right?
8/16 - 184 🤯- 1944 😡
WTH is wrong with me? I had a big lunch, reasonable dinner, and still snacked last night. I wasn’t hungry, just wanted the cozy comfort. My calories have been above my goal for 5 days. Just pitiful. Well, I’m boiling eggs for salmon-egg-guacamole salad for lunch, and I’m going to ask DH to ask me “do you really want that?” if/when I head for the kitchen. Maybe I need one of those oink oink piggies on the fridge and cupboard doors! I really am disappointed in myself. I think it’s partly the stress of our crazy times, but gaining back weight I worked hard to lose doesn’t help. I don’t need hugs, I need a kick in the pants!
8/17 - 183 😐 - 1641 😐 - snack 🍿+ whole-grain English muffin & almond butter
I did a little better yesterday. I did spend calories digging turf out of hard clay, and was hungry last night, but stuck to air-popped popcorn and muffin/almond butter, so healthy snacks and no ice cream. I’m aiming for just popcorn. Calories were only slightly over my goal for the round, so that’s an improvement. More garden labor today! Have a great Monday, my friends!
8/18 - 182.6 🙂 - 1306 😁 - snack 🍿+ 1/2 oz aged Havarti
Better!
8/19 - 182.2 🙂 - 1246 😁 - snack 🍿
We are having a string of gorgeous days here. I’m expanding more garden beds and replacing some of the few introduced plant species I have with natives. Very satisfying! Lots of wildlife! And it keeps my mind off food for myself. 🦋🐝🐞
8/20 - 182.8 😐 - 1769 ☹️ - snack 🍿+ Smirnoff strawberry kiwi
A little over goal, and I didn’t actually need the beverage, but.... All good, a light menu planned today. Off for a walk!
8/21 - 182.2 😐 - 1386 😊 - snack 🍿
DH wanted Thai carry out yesterday, and though I love the curries, I stuck with a summer roll and chicken satay. Yay me! I have a leftover summer roll for lunch today - yum! Happy Friday, all!
8/22 - 182.2 😐 - 1680 😐 - snacks 🍿🍨☹️
I had very low calories going all day but got the munchies last night. I do better with more nutrient-dense meals, so will pay better attention to that. Otherwise, all good! Wishing you all a safe & lovely Saturday.
8/23 - 182.6 😐 - 1342 🙂 - snack 🍿😐
Not sure why I’m up a little — probably delayed reaction and/or normal fluctuation. DH is making his yummy chicken Alfredo with chickpea penne for dinner, so I’m planning a very low-cal lunch and a walk when it cools down this evening.
8/24 - 182.8 😐 - 1947 ☹️ - snacks 🍿🍨🙁
Clearly I have yet to knock out the snack monster, but I feel I made a little progress this round with a lower calories average and more days snacking only on air-popped popcorn. My weight is pretty much steady, so that’s a win. Sept. 1 is my start date to get back to serious writing, so I see the next round as the definite end of my summer/COVID-19 food goof-off, too. No more 🍨🍨🍨!!! See you there!

Saturday 08/15 - 145.9 - Ouch. somehow up a whole pound in one day from last round EW, but going to soldier on hoping that it is a fluctuation.
Sunday 08/16 - 145.2 - Okay
Monday 08/17 - 144.4 - This might be unnaturally low because I went back to bed this morning.
Tuesday 08/18 - 143.2 - Extremely happy to see this number, even if it is only a fluctuation.
Wednesday 08/19 - 143.2 - Glad to see this for the second day in a row. CICO, long term sustainability is my goal. Eating everything, but cut my portions.
Thursday 08/20 - 144.5 - I am okay with that fluctuation, I'm not usually, but taking it in stride today.
Friday 08/21 - 145.2 - Ow! Somehow up 2 pounds in 2 days. I don't get it. Staying determined.
Saturday 08/22 - 144.2 - I am all over the place with weight this round, even though I haven't changed anything.
08/23 - 143.9 - Liking that number.
08/24 - 144.9 Ended up where I started even though it looked promising at times. Fluctuated the wrong way on day 1 and day 10, that is how it goes sometimes.7 -

49 year old hoping to hit my personal goal weight by 50th birthday (11 months).
I am so happy to have stumbled on this board. This is exactly what I need. Like minded people to help keep me accountable, 10 days at a time.
Ultimately, I'd like to lose 11.2 pounds from what I weighed this morning (8/12/2020). I realize that there are only a few days left in this round, but I am too excited to wait so here I am.

@prehistoricmoongoddess That is part of the problem with CICO. My guess, because that’s all it is, is some mystery ingredient which makes you retain water, just as I have since eating Thai on Saturday. Beef, peppers, and onions should have been fine. Hot chili sauce? Maybe not. 🤷♀️ We do the best we can and live and learn!5

08/15 - 145
08/16 - 145
08/17 - 145.5 - Not a big surprise after my weekend.
08/18 - 146 - The weekend is still creeping up on me.
08/19 - 145.5 - That's better.
08/20 - 146 - At this point I'm not sure if it's my eating this week or my stress levels. I have to start tracking my food better on a daily basis.
08/21 - 145 - I tracked my calories very closely yesterday and managed to save enough for a glass of wine in the evening. For the first time since late May, we don't have a socially distant patio "happy hour" planned this weekend with family so I'm hoping I can maintain this weight for Monday.
08/22 - 145 - Still tracking.
08/23 - 144 - Wohoo, I haven't seen this number since May!
08/24 - 144.5 - A little bounce but that's OK.

8/15 116.0 Oh well, this too may pass. Still well below ANY previously set goal. Out to dinner with friends last night. Absolutely no way to track Italian Chopped Salad in a darkened dining room with everything in 1/4” squares. It was expensive and really not great. Oh well live and learn. I should have gotten my standard burger/no bun.
8/16 117.0 The little bit of salad I brought home tasted better after sitting in the refrigerator over night. I added a little blue cheese and pepperoni to it to bring the protein up, still really short of my changed macro! Sat out on the driveway social distancing with 2 neighbors. It was 109 degrees, I drank 2 quarts of ice water in those 2 hours. Total of 5 or 6 all day. Supposed to be 115-116 every day this week. Life in the desert! 😁
8/17 116.0 I’m having trouble getting as much protein as I want. I just can’t eat that much. Had some celery with Laughing Cow Asiago because I needed protein and crunch! Still below protein goal.
8/18 116.0 Someone said BBQ and that sounds delicious for dinner! I know just the place! We’ll see.
8/19 116.0
8/20 116.0 I know the scale is working - my husband uses it, too! Perhaps this is my current set point. Read from top of 14.
8/21 116.0 I had a really bad night and have an art quilt technique class all day today. My belly is rumbling.
8/22 116.5 It was great to get together yesterday and a great refresher of techniques I knew but haven’t used in some time. I didn’t drink as much water as I should have.
8/23 117.0 Took a neighbor to lunch at a Thai place. @kblanc14 I see you say it is salt but this definitely wasn’t salty. I think it is some other ingredient that causes me to retain water. It was good. I added hot chili. I have a little leftover which I may eat today. For dinner I finished the Boar’s Head London broil I bought for Fridays’s packed lunch. I can’t believe another round is almost over! Round 124 we’ll be watching for you!
8/24 117.0

🏃 08/22: 179.8 - Day 1! I am starting by just logging my calories and trying to stay under my calorie goal. I will try to play my Ring Fit Adventure game on my Switch even if it is just one level.
🏃 08/23: 177 - I stayed within my 1400 calorie goal yesterday and also managed to play my fitness game on the Switch. I plan on the same thing for today. I realize that my loss is probably just from water weight and not overeating. I expect to get to 176 by tomorrow where the real work will begin.
🏃 08/24: 176.4 - I stayed close to my calorie goal. It was at least under 1500. I also played my game less than yesterday, but a little is better than nothing. I am happy that I am off to a good start. I hope I can keep it up in the next round.

08/17 …..209.3 ….. Very pleased with this, weight for now. I picked up the ashes today of my beautiful kitty Reeces. Not much of an appetite after that, but I’m glad to have her home with me again.

08/23 …..209.3 ….. Any loss per 10 day round is my goal so I am on track with a loss, though a small one. I am going to plan a very careful day so I will stay at a loss for tomorrow’s final weigh-in this round. Today is Sunday and I always get in lots of movement on Sundays so that will help. Have a wonderful day everyone!
08/24 …..209.3 ….. Okay then. A small loss. Congrats to all the successes! See you next round!

I guess I am like many others on here. I was down to 138 my goal weight in March and I fit into my amazing wedding dress (size 6) that I was going to wear on 8/8/20 to marry the love of my life after 6-1/2 years of waiting with around 200 guests. Then the pandemic hit! We downsized and changed venues over and over to accommodate everything that kept changing. We went from 210 people to 100, then to 80, then to 40, then they shut everything down in my state and our minister said now or never and you can only have your children present. So on 7/25/20 in a $30.00 dress off of amazon in my backyard I got married! Maybe next year we can redo it, but nothing was going to stop us from saying I do, not even this stupid pandemic! I am now 23 pounds heavier than I was 5 months ago and am very uncomfortable in my clothes. It is time to get back on track and start taking care of myself again. The stress from the wedding and the everything else going on in the world was an excuse for me to eat. Not anymore. I missed the first couple of days, but if I put it off then it's just an excuse for me to continue down the wrong path. So here we go!
8/18 - 166.1 ouch! This one hurt, I'm not going to lie
8/19 - 164.9 This one is a little better. I was not great yesterday, but I was better. I am on track for today, so far. So, we will see what happens.
8/20 – 166.1 expected. I did better on food yesterday and stuck to the plan but drank last night when I got home. I am giving myself this round just to get back into the habit of weighing, being accountable, and making better choices. Next round I am kicking it back into high gear and hopefully start losing again.
8/21 - 165.2 I seem to be all over the place this week. I am trying to get back into drinking my water at work during the day and watching what I am eating. I have kind of just been eating whatever I want the last couple of months. Picking carrots for an afternoon snack over a candy bar or bag of chips has been a challenge for. I will get back into good habits though.
8/22 - 166.5 had a couple of drinks with the hubby after work.
8/23 - 165.9 better
8/24 - 169.0 cleaned house for hours yesterday and meal prepped fro the week. Made red chili enchiladas from scratch, so maybe salt, who knows. Did not do great this round, but not giving up!9 -

8/15: 229.2 (+0.8)/19.5 (+0.1). My other brother-in-law and his wife came over last night. I had 0 drinks, and no dessert, but my meal was probably a bit "heavy" for what I'm currently used to. I don't think I'm having any other visitors this weekend, so I'm hoping this weekend will be a good one for weight loss/fitness. It's REALLY hot, though. I'm a little worried that California's rolling blackouts might disrupt the flow of my day.
8/16: 228.2 (-1.0)/19.4 (-0.1). It's REALLY hot right now. I didn't do anything yesterday, but I stayed within plan. I keep waking up early, and I'm having trouble getting back to sleep. I think it has something to do with my wife liking the temperature higher than I do. I'm super-sensitive in my old age; I really like the temperature to be no higher than 76-78 degrees, where my wife would prefer things in the mid-eighties.
8/17: 228.0 (-0.2)/19.4 (0.0). I snacked a bit in the evening, but stayed pretty well within my plan. For the first time in a LONG time, I got to Monday with NO WEEKEND BUMP! I'm really looking forward to the temperature going down. My gym equipment is outside, and it's just MISERABLE out there.
8/18: 228.0 (0.0)/19.4 (0.0). Yesterday wasn't great or horrible. I'm heading into the office today for my one time per week (I telecommute for the most part since COVID-19). I ate fine, but I am admittedly weighing myself a couple of hours earlier than I usually do during the weekend. I'm feeling a little bit "blah," but I'm going to keep showing my @$$ up here anyway. I hope you all have a great day.
8/19: 228.0 (0.0)/19.4 (0.0). I had a really great salad last night for dinner, but I probably went a bit over regarding my calories. That being said, I will ALWAYS give myself permission to have a really great salad; the long-term health benefits will always outweigh a calorie count on any given day. My father-in-law is over right now picking figs off my tree (I HATE them), and he brought over some tamales. First, I'm not sure yet if my in-laws made them. If they did, they are EXQUISITE, and I would have one for lunch, and one for dinner. If they are from somewhere else AND not "worth it," they will find the trash can. If they're good, I'll have some either way, but I will have my moderation plan firmly in place. I'm going to try again today to exercise. I'm shooting for right after work (which means 5pm, since I'm working from home today).
8/20: 226.8 (-1.2)/19.3 (-0.1). I was talking with some coworkers yesterday, after they informed me that there were some treats to share in the office. I discussed with them how easy it is for me right now to stay disciplined because, well, it just IS. When I say this, I mean that, generally, no matter what is offered to me, I will either politely decline it, or I will find a way to portion control the situation so that any potential damage is mitigated. Yesterday was a perfect example. The tamales my father-in-law brought were FANTASTIC; he brought four. My initial plan was one tamale for lunch, and one for dinner. After eating one, though, I felt a bit "heavy," and decided that I would instead have one per day (I will eat the other with avocado today for brunch). My wife also surprised me yesterday with a delicious banana daquiri. I did not say no, but I did have one glass (maybe six ounces), and I politely declined "seconds" (which I normally would not have). I treated the daquiri like it was a dessert, and had nothing else but water the rest of the night. I'm not feeling cocky, but I am feeling confident: I know I'm on the right track, and I'm really trying to commit 100% to making sure that I NEVER give up on the idea of being healthy and feeling better about myself. Part of that means continuing to post here with my friends... forever.
8/21: 226.6 (-0.2)/19.2 (-0.1). My wife cut up a honeydew melon yesterday. I probably had a bit too much, but I kind of agree with her; having some fruit likely isn't all that bad for me. I had a tamale and some avocado for lunch, and learned (to my horror) that there were actually FIVE tamales! I informed my wife that I will not be partaking in tamale number three. I got a new piece of home gym equipment yesterday: a pull-up bar that fits in the doorway. At this point I can do one pull-up with a wide grip, and maybe two with an inner grip. While I'm happy that I can do at least one pull-up, this is still an eye-opener. The good news is that pull-ups should get easier as I continue to lose weight, and as I get back into lifting weights. I'm going to commit to doing as many pull-ups as I can at least every other day. Yesterday: two wide grip, and four narrow grip. It's my mom's 80th birthday tomorrow, so food is going to be bad at least on that day. But it's my mom's birthday. I'm going to enjoy one "bad" meal, and a TINY piece of cake. My sister-in-law may be coming over today; I shouldn't have any problems with food during her visit.
8/22: 224.6 (-2.0)/19.0 (-0.2). Unexpected WHOOSH!!!! And it's especially nice that it happened today, because tonight is Mom's birthday (I'll tell her @quiltingjaine ). I'm going to do some strength training this morning. I'm also going to try to take it a little easy food-wise before dinner tonight.
8/23: 226.4 (+0.8)/19.2 (+0.2). Mom's birthday was a night of good food and drinks. I DEFINITELY overindulged. I'm back on the wagon this morning!
8/24: 227.2 (+0.8)/19.3 (+0.1). My sister-in-law came over last night. I had a really good salad for dinner, but it's probably more food than I usually have. I also had 1.5 glasses of wine (it was a pretty big glass). It's funny how disappointing it feels to end a JGMTD session on an uptick. I know that I'm doing well overall. On a funny note, I am SORE AS HELL from my home workout on Saturday. I think I'm going to have to skip another day before trying again.
R123 EW/EBF%: 227.2 (-1.2)/19.3 (-0.1), AW/ABF%: 227.3 (-3.3)/19.31 (-0.35)

@HoopsGuy72 On a positive note, your trend line looks really amazing and you're quite a bit below the goal trend. This is suuuuuper awesome and I'm immensely inspired to kick myself in high gear seeing that. Maybe my poor trend line will start aiming downwards like yours! Congrats on the positive attitude and success!
Side note: since you're super sore, maybe some of that uptick isn't all from wine and food, but from muscles retaining water and soreness. I've never had that happen until this round but holy moly that was a huge uptick in water weight and I was sore for 4 days before I could resume working out -- once I did, I got a drop.5 -
