Anyone read the book? Man it's a life changer for us middle aged guys.
Its simple, excersize 6 days a week for 40 minutes, measure your heart rate get to 140-160 bpm.
Anyone want to start a group? We can check in, motivate and be accountable to each other? I need to get going.
I hate the gym and now that they are closed working out for me is biking and jogging.
I'm 52 in Atlanta and could use a group to check in with often and share challenges and accomplishments!

I'm female, but it looks like there's a version for women too. I may look into it.
At 58, I feel better and healthier than I have in decades. Now that I have more time, I'm thinking about some new fitness goals. (Covid derailed a few of my plans, at least temporarily.) This morning I went for a really nice hike.
Good luck on your journey! 😃
