Love this thread. Need the positivity!
Iām just sitting on my deck, trying to get motivated for some more yard work. Iām taking refuge in flowers and garden today. Here is a picture from our herb garden - chives in bloom and full of bees and butterflies.

Iām 56, have been happily married for almost 30 years. I have 28 and 25 year old sons, and a 27 year old daughter and a wonderful daughter-in-law. I have been on my fitness pal on and off for the past 5 to 7 years and Iām starting over again. My starting weight is 202 and Iām now at 196 after less than a month. Itās been a struggle and have a lot of stress going on these past few years. Dealing with some health issues but finally found a doctor who is giving me some help, so losing weight can be a struggle but I feel I am going to do this. My mini goal weight is 160, My goal weight is 140. I live in Phoenix and of course Iām sure most people have heard itās been a horrible, hot year. So going outside is very tough. I feel sorry for my walking buddy Koda. It keeps us from being able to walk on the trails, I make sure that I do at least 6000 steps a day and my job in healthcare helps me do that. I look forward to talking with everyone and helping with the support needed. I have included pictures of my walking support Koda and my love support Chewey and Moo.
Welcome Bonny!
Your family is beautiful including your fur babies! Glad youāre here. āļø1 -

I will try to post pictures of my garden (technology is not always my friend LOL). We had our 22 month old granddaughter all day yesterday and overnight. Talk about joy! She keeps me running but also keeps me laughing. We feel blessed that she seems just as comfortable with us as she does at home with her parents. Hope everyone has a great day!

Our weather looks set for fair tomorrow. I will be going out early to do my weekly shopping during seniors hour, then hope to plant out some of my latest lettuce seedlings. We are eating our own lettuce cucumber and tomatoes at the moment. Nothing tastes as good as fresh salad from the garden.
Just going to make out my shopping list then go to bed.
These are some of our garden containers.

Love the barn! What animals do they have?1 -
That is a great question! Iāve never seen any animals there... and their house is across the street to the right. Hmmm...š§0

My husband found this hummingbird unconscious under the tractor and brought it to the house. I gave it some sugar water with a syringe and it came to and I then let him back outside. It was really cool because my niece passed away from leukaemia 9 years ago and hummingbirds have since always been around us- my sister and I are convinced it is my niece visiting us. I will miss them as they are heading south now- they definitely brighten my day.

I spent a semester in the Netherlands in college, starting in January, and I remember everyone came out as soon as spring came, so many boats on the canals and people lounging in the parks! Ahh I miss it and riding my bicycle.

What a great idea! It's so good to have some positivity!
My name is Trista and I'm 40 years old. My husband and I have been married for 13 years and we have an 11 year old son that is starting 6th grade today!
I've been working on losing weight since May 2016. Over the years, I've taken a few breaks here and there. Gained some, then got back to losing. I'm currently working on losing the Coronavirus 15. I'm glad I came across this thread!4 -

I had a bad night- I think it is a little of everything right now. Social isolation, full fledged menopause, minor medical issues, the stress of selling our calves this week.
Saw your post @TerriRichardson112 and it reminded me to start today with force! Thank you3 -
@sweetdianachka Like your Amazon post! I need to share it with a friend who doesnāt want to start losing weight because it will take too long!2

I drew a plan for new storage in my hobbies room. At the moment too much is stored in boxes on the floor.0
