8/31: 201.4 (BOO lol! Well didn't make it to ONEderland. It wasn't the best week ever, but it seems after a big loss I always have a very low loss the following week. Plus I think TOM is a contributing factor today. After pregnancy/breastfeeding my cycle still hasn't regulated back to normal. This is the first time it's actually shown up right on schedule since returning. Hopefully it's returning to normal now and I can get a better idea of how it effects my weight during/after.

I got divorced after 22 years of marriage and remarried last year. I gained a lot of weight in my first marriage and lost it a few times but I just wish and hope this time I can loose it again and maintain it. Honestly I am pretty sick and tired of this darn weight. Need to loose aprox 50 pounds4

Welcome to the group. My story is similar to yours. On May 1st, I stepped on the scale and it was my highest ... 207 and I am 5’3. I decided then that I would lose 50lbs my my 50th bday (5/14/21). More would be better but I wanted to be realistic. I found this group and it helps keeps me accountable. I weigh in on Fridays and hope to be officially down 10 tomorrow 🤞4 -

Thank you!!! I have totally had a total mind shift over the last month or so. I have gone from “ugh, I’ve got to exercise” to “yay, I get to exercise” and I feel like a loser on rest/travel days.1 -

At first the weight came off steady, but now I'm only losing half a pound a week. I'm going to try switching up exercise routine to see if that helps. I've lost 42 lbs so I'm half way there and I keep telling myself not to give up, but at times it's frustrating.5 -
9/7 204. Down 1 lb. All I did this first week is track the food I ate and that did help keep me from over indulging. With the bad smokey air and extreme heat with no AC there is no way I'm trying to exercise.

9/8: 199.6 (-1.8 lbs; Yay ONEderland!! Full disclosure I did weigh in yesterday and I was at 200.1 lbs (boo!). I wasn't the greatest this weekend with food and water intake...and let's say I could really feel it. But things got moving (lol if you catch my drift), so I decided to weigh in today to see if that made any difference. And it did! Now I just better stay here (or lower) next week!

I stepped on the scales today and +3 lbs up from Saturday. I know some is bloat, sodium, blah blah... some is the result of bad choices. Time to H2O up!!!
I am currently meal planning for the remainder of the week. I am having to take an extra had in helping the kiddos this week - so I’m in charge of their food, too! Guess what, MORE VEGGIES!!2 -
@Beka3695 - you know what to do. Sodium really effects me too and that has been one of my main avoidance strategies lately. Lol about the veggies. My kids are hating me with the healthy snack moratorium.

I have been so frustrated here lately. My body keeps fluctuating between 211 and 213. I am so ready to get past 211 and move to the next level of weight flucations if that makes sense. I am thankful though that I have been on and off hitting 211.4 -

Have you been tracking everything? I find that when I get lazy with logging, I also get lazy with portions and my choices are not as great. I have also noticed that salt really plays a role for me. If I have a day with excess sodium even if everything else was perfect, I gain. Weight loss isn’t linear, we all have ups and downs. Keep tracking, drink lots of water, watch your sodium and that scale will start to trending down. You got this!2 -

Starting again!!!!! I managed to lose a lotttt of weight last year. 2019 was fantastic then into 2020 - coronavirus, working from home, anxiety and BOOOOOM back to my old food habits. Gained all my weight back basically so here we gooooo again.

@azkunk -Thank you! I think the fluctuation has been from carbs and salt. But yes I have been logging everything and drinking lots
of water.
Stepped on the scale today and to my surprise it was 210.6!!!! I finally hit my 2nd mini goal! 🥳💃
Going to watch what I eat closely so that I can get below that. My 3rd mini goal is going ro be 205.2 -
