Sept 5 - I am finding this really hard. I cannot get back to logging food and my weight is just going up. Not sure how to do this put i put get back on track.
Sept 6 - 10.08 did the weigh in. Back on it, i hope
Sept 7. 10.08. Good day yesterday with food. 2 hour walk. Already walked 1.1/2 hours this morning while youngest swam at 5am.
Sept 8 - 10.08 hate the scales somedays.
