Oxalates aren't that big of a deal. Change my mind.

Is this a good time to ask what oxalates are... *google machine boots up*

Winter totally sucks. Change my mind

Cozy dark evenings with a hot drink and a book or movie or puzzle and a dog curled up near you, fire roaring, i mean like a totally safe non-emergency fire that doesn’t burn the house down in the middle of the night

    You lost me at dark

Dark sometimes sure, but also brilliantly white and sparkly. There’s something about fresh fallen snow, even at night, that blankets the streets and walks with its pure brilliance. Sounds are dampened, the brown dead of fall is covered with a sheet of diamonds. And at night, in the dark, the blanket of diamonds reflects the diamonds in the velvety navy sky. Your breath comes out in puffs of smoke that trail and swirl in a different patterns every time. The pine trees really stand out too, giving you glimpses of green. Plus ice skating, tobogganing, skiing/snowboarding all bring an element of risk and fun. Wrapping your hands around a warm drink after coming in from the cold really makes the drink taste better.

    Winter isn’t all that bad!

    For about 10 minutes

Change mf mind, I dare you

Barely no sun. And you know what lack of sun can do for the mood.

Fall clothes aren’t as cute as summer clothes. < I know a lot of people disagree with that.

Fall clothes call for actual style. During the summer I have worn nothing but shorts and tank tops because it's so dang hot.
For fall / winter I am looking forward to wearing a variety of jeans and pants, and tops as opposed to t shirts.
Boots will replace flip flops and sneakers.

People who play on their phones while sitting on the machines at the gym (instead of actually working out) are *kittens*.

    Change my mind.

p.s. I'm new here and don't know if I'm using the term kitten correctly.

This is as far as I go to thinking fall clothes are cute. I think I just hate wearing pants.

    So much more cuter imo

I really don't why to sign up for that, but I'd probably be pretty good at it... But I really don't want to have to deal with everyone's complaints...

    Someone change my mind 😂

Beautiful but no streets or sidewalks in sight.

Actually, the second picture is taken from the drive-thru of a Tim Hortons! The black thing is the grease dumpster, and if you look in the background you'll see a freeway and street lights. After major snowfall events the city aims to clear the streets within 48 hours, and a parking ban is implemented. It's really only in end of March/early April that things get brown and slushy.

Anyway, I'm going to lose this "battle" but I'm just trying to showcase that winter can be beautiful and lovely. I truly do not have a favourite season because each one has so much to offer.

People should state where they live before stating which season they like best.

    Change my mind.

    Change my mind.

Latitude and longitude coordinates to one decimal place at a minimum would give a much more accurate sense of the seasonal conditions.

If you type a word and it automatically changes to kitten, you were doing it right

Thats funny. I actually typed in the word kitten! I thought it was up to us.

    I've been there.

You guys always make me laugh. Thanks. :)
And golf IS just recreation, especially when one uses a cart.
And October(plus September) ARE the best months of the year, lots of anticipation, feelings of warmth and comfort, yummy fall foods, what's not to love? No snow yet(usually) and too cold for most bugs(usually).
Hardest months are January and July-August, too much cold and/or heat.
Hygge living is how we should all be doing it; sure would help the mental health issues of the world.

“karen” used to mean random women asking to talk to manager or calling cops for no reason but now got adopted by those same kind of people as a way to name call people who disagree with them when they got nothing better to say
