Getting up early and going to the gym has been a mood enhancer. And it helps me be a "good boy" at night too.

Aug 28th 192.8 ( this month overall I haven't lost or gained any weight. Going to need to refocus if I want to see any progress.)
I ended up losing 3 lbs for the month of August. Which from my trending app was all in the last 7 days.
Ready for whatever September brings.

09/11 189.6 ( while I'm glad to see a loss my focus this past week hasn't been on weight loss. Due to fires in my area we've almost been evacuated twice, and several close friends and family have lost their homes. Entire streets of homes and businesses are now gone, and some of the fires are 0% contained.)2 -

Weight Today: 195.4 pounds
Well, my weight loss has definitely slowed down, but I figure that as long as I am not gaining, I'm good. I'm at day 154 for logging and I've never made it this far before and I have been logging every day. So, that's a win for sure.

Im starting late in the game with only about fourteen weeks to go but I could use the extra accountability and motivation. I’d like to lose about two pounds a week so there’s still a decent amount I could reach towards by lingyerl goal of 129

Hello, hope its not too late to join. But it's always I will get through the holidays and begin my weight loss journey again New Years's Day. For once I would like to be well on my way.
