I’ve lost a bit much, specially for my size at this point. I’ve had a couple low calorie days but nothing to crazy....just lots more movement throughout the day since going back to work in the evenings. I’ll have to be better at making sure to eat 100 more calories or so. Or at least getting closer to my goal.
Other than that feeling great so close to the 130s!! Which means (139) highest healthy BMI is super super close.

Hi All! I was looking for an accountability challenge that didn't involve me weighing everyday (really messes with my daily motivation). Thank you for this thread! I started a gym in late July and now getting into a good rhythm with the longer sprints and more strength training. I'm hoping this will begin to show in the numbers and my soft spots

I dont know what to say , i have been good whole week except one day which i over ate due to stress i guess .. whole week walked minimum 3km a day.. feel very bad reporting this .. my weight shows more than i started two weeks back , this fluctuations is what derails me all the time.. i get dejected and it is a slippery slope .. any thoughts pls ..

It’s very very likely water retention. Either from your cycle or if you had particularly salty days. Sometimes I have up takes and it’s usually from specific foods (a Jimmy Johns sandwich does it to me EVERY time, I’ll even be within calories and not over my salt and I’ll be up for a couple days after). Or your body is adjusting something so it’s retaining water (bodies are weird sometimes) and your body is about to have a large woosh.1 -
