    September 7: 157.5 We are going away for a few days. This is something new since I started MFP while sheltering in place. Expect lots of walking.

    Well I did a lot better than last month. In August I only managed a 2 pound loss. I hit my goal for September, but I Really hate having Monday as weigh day, straight after takeaway night. I plan to update here on Thursdays from now on as that’s my normal weigh day.
