Well, after a weight-loss "hiatus" I am back at it...but already got dressed this morning so I will check in tomorrow 😜...I have probably gained a pound or two, with birthdays, etc., ...no big worries tho'...hope you are all good?!!
September 7: 160.2 lbs ~ I did weigh in that next day but forgot to post. I've been on the road since yesterday as well, so the next time I post will be late again...not gonna be home until Monday evening sometime. Today is Friday, September 11, overnight in a hotel, no scale in sight! *probably a good thing?!* LOL 🙃
October 5: 164.4 lbs ~ Obviously, I have been on an upward slide since my birthday a month ago but all treats are GONE from the house...back to counting cals. & back to my daily regimen. It serves me right for going so far off track here, but I've been thru this before, so not too worried. I just wanna get back to my REAL self!! 😡
