    October 12: 193.0 Here we go!! 🤗
    October 19: (goal 190.5) 192,6 OY! To early to get discouraged. My short term goal this week is to really be aware of what I eat and when.
    October 26: (goal 188.5) 187.4 WOW! WOW! WOW! I would like to keep up this pace. Hopefully, I won’t sit here for the next week.


    November 2: (goal 186.4) 188.2 I have really struggled with this 5 pounds the past 2 weeks. Hopefully, this will be the week to shake it!
    November 9: ( goal 184.4) 183.2 👏🏼👏🏼 I’m so glad my body decided to reset and not keep playing with those stupid 3 pounds! Tomorrow I have an appointment with the bodpod.
    November 16: (goal 182.5) 180.2 Wooo Hooo

    Oct 05: 211.6 Dang it! An overnight increase the likes of no other…..
    Oct 12: 208.6 Yay. I’m a bit worried it’s a false low, but I am going to try to take the ball and run with it!
    Oct 19: 207.4 It really helps when I apply myself. I’m not doing perfectly but I’m really paying attention again and that helps me make more better choices.
    Oct 26: 208.2 Traveled today so I expect an increase but hope to get a nice number by the next weigh-in ( in 5 days).
