October 19: (goal 190.5) 192,6 OY! To early to get discouraged. My short term goal this week is to really be aware of what I eat and when.
October 26: (goal 188.5) 187.4 WOW! WOW! WOW! I would like to keep up this pace. Hopefully, I won’t sit here for the next week.
November 2: (goal 186.4) 188.2 I have really struggled with this 5 pounds the past 2 weeks. Hopefully, this will be the week to shake it!

Well I did a lot better than last month. In August I only managed a 2 pound loss. I hit my goal for September, but I Really hate having Monday as weigh day, straight after takeaway night. I plan to update here on Thursdays from now on as that’s my normal weigh day.

October 16: 135.5 (not been a good week, had a few binges, think i was just worried about having my blood tests done)
October 22: 135 🙁 (-0.5 lbs disappointed, I tried so hard this week, the weight just doesn’t want to budge.)

Still about 5 pounds away from my goal but I’m switching to maintenance for a while. I’m struggling with health issues which are affecting my activity levels quite drastically at the moment. I’m choosing a happy full belly over a grumbly one. Best of luck to everyone for November.
