    No loss this week, which is ok as I lost so much last week. I need to get on top of my exercise though and rein in the snacking a bit.

    I’ve lost a bit much, specially for my size at this point. I’ve had a couple low calorie days but nothing to crazy....just lots more movement throughout the day since going back to work in the evenings. I’ll have to be better at making sure to eat 100 more calories or so. Or at least getting closer to my goal.
    Other than that feeling great :D so close to the 130s!! Which means (139) highest healthy BMI is super super close.

    I think my sept 7 weigh in was not right as in between i weighed around 192 ..i think that is correct weight .. i logged in mfp regularly and walked every day .. as much as possible did not eat junk ..
