I dont know what to say , i have been good whole week except one day which i over ate due to stress i guess .. whole week walked minimum 3km a day.. feel very bad reporting this .. my weight shows more than i started two weeks back , this fluctuations is what derails me all the time.. i get dejected and it is a slippery slope .. any thoughts pls ..
