  • Thank you .. unlike other times i will try and stay focused as i know i have been good and as you said has to do with some weird thing with my body type if not lose i shoukd not have shown as gained so i think what you say about water retention makes sense here.. thank you you lifted my spirits up a bit

    Yay!! Hello 130s and being in a healthy BMI, feels so good. :D I’ve also made my goal for the month. I’m going to treat myself to some chilly weather workout clothes as a reward.

    Well I did a lot better than last month. In August I only managed a 2 pound loss. I hit my goal for September, but I Really hate having Monday as weigh day, straight after takeaway night. I plan to update here on Thursdays from now on as that’s my normal weigh day.

    September 14: 315.6 - I'm not sure if this is some weird weight fluctuation, but I was 312 yesterday and ate just over the 2lb a week loss amount of calories.
    September 21: 312.8 - it looks like monday is unfortunately my weird fluctuation day as I was 310.4 yesterday morning
    September 28: 309 -another fluctuation- was 307.2 yesterday morning - may start doing weighins anotherbday of the week.
