    No, it is not near Banff. I used to live around that area though, very very busy.
    Crowsnest Pass is about 2 hours north of Eureka Montana.

    Wednesday July 01 - 148.4 - Up just a titch from June EW, but really pleased to be starting the month in the 140s for the first time.
    Friday July 31 - 145.0 - The long weekend has started here, going to try my best to not derail.

    Tuesday September 01 - 144.9 - Staying the course and trying to be patient
    Wednesday September 02 - 143.8 - 18 days until my 60th birthday - my goal was to be 130 which obviously won't be happening. MFP has been saying "137 in 5 weeks" since January of this year. Yesterday it said "133 in 5 weeks". 2 pounds in 18 days might be realistic, I am a very slow weight loser. Yes, I do plan to be indulgent over my birthday getaway, but not out of control indulgent after all of this hard work.

    Friday September 04 - 142.3 - Wow, super happy to see this number after all of my diligence.
    Saturday September 05 - 143.1
    Sunday September 06 - 142.5 - 1.5 pounds away now from a 50 pound weight loss. It could take awhile, but I am definitely going to work at it.
    Monday September 07 - 143.1 - Hit those 142s twice, so hoping to return there tomorrow.
    Tuesday September 08 - 143.2 - On track, and sticking with it.
    Wednesday September 09 - 143.6 - Went off track a tiny bit last night, dusting off and will work out extra today.
    Thursday September 10 - 143.9 - Maybe I will see a drop tomorrow. Hope so.
    Friday September 11 - 142.0 - Yahoo for the scale reading, but a terrible day historically. I was probably around 165 pounds back then before I started packing on the menopause pounds. I couldn't carry 165 these days as my body weight shifted around with age.
    Saturday September 12 - 142.0 - I usually get more workouts/activity over the weekends, hoping to be able to sustain this number.
    Sunday September 13 - 142.9 - I will get back to that number from the last couple of days. Hard work and determination : - )
    Monday September 14 - 142.7 - I was heavier than that at 5am when I got up, so...I went back to bed until 7 lol.
    Tuesday September 15 - 142.4 - Halfway through the month now. going to try to lose a couple of more ounces before going away on holiday.
    Wednesday September 16 - 142.3 - Going to indulge on my birthday vacation for a week, but not go crazy. Not much of a cushion, hope to bring it down another ounce before leaving tomorrow.
    Thursday September 17 - 141.7 - Good number before leaving for my trip. I will get a work out in before sitting in my car.
    Friday September 18 - 142.3 - Happy with this number. Yup, I brought my scale with me. Very beautiful here.
    Saturday September 19 - 141.6 - Ah, less stress more hiking I guess. I don't have cooking facilities in my motel, so I am not eating my usual chicken with fresh veggies from my garden. I do have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Most importantly, I have a Jacuzzi in the living room overlooking the mountains : - )

    Tuesday September 22 - 142.9 - Burned way too many calories yesterday when I got lost on mountain trails. My body might have been gripping on to fat in fear lol. I expect my weight to go back down when that catches up in a few days. 8 days left in the month, wanting to finish strong. This weight number would have me at a 2 pound loss for the month, which I am always pleased with if I can attain it.
    Wednesday September 23 - 142.4 - I will be eating at home starting today, so maybe I can bring this number down a little more before the end of the month in 7 days. However, I won't be burning off nearly as many calories - maybe those will still catch up : - )

    Super happy with this number. Now to be truthful I did a three day BeachBody Reset Challenge which basically means you expend all your calories chewing from the vegetable and fruit you eat. :) I am also doing a 21 day exercise challenge from BeachBody with a friend too. It's like the perfect storm in a good way. Now we'll see if I can hang on until the end of the month. I'm hoping this finally gets me going again. I've been stuck a long time. Disclaimer...I signed up for BeachBody just to get the discount for myself. If you want info, reach out.

    @syreina You are doing really well at staying close to your maintenance goal!! Iโ€™ve always thought maintenance was harder than losing. Iโ€™m within 12 lbs of my goal and am already worried about keeping it off. Good job!

    Wednesday July 01 - 148.4 - Up just a titch from June EW, but really pleased to be starting the month in the 140s for the first time.

    Tuesday September 01 - 144.9 - Staying the course and trying to be patient
    Wednesday September 02 - 143.8 - 18 days until my 60th birthday - my goal was to be 130 which obviously won't be happening. MFP has been saying "137 in 5 weeks" since January of this year. Yesterday it said "133 in 5 weeks". 2 pounds in 18 days might be realistic, I am a very slow weight loser. Yes, I do plan to be indulgent over my birthday getaway, but not out of control indulgent after all of this hard work.

    Friday September 04 - 142.3 - Wow, super happy to see this number after all of my diligence.
    Saturday September 05 - 143.1
    Sunday September 06 - 142.5 - 1.5 pounds away now from a 50 pound weight loss. It could take awhile, but I am definitely going to work at it.
    Monday September 07 - 143.1 - Hit those 142s twice, so hoping to return there tomorrow.
    Tuesday September 08 - 143.2 - On track, and sticking with it.
    Wednesday September 09 - 143.6 - Went off track a tiny bit last night, dusting off and will work out extra today.
    Thursday September 10 - 143.9 - Maybe I will see a drop tomorrow. Hope so.
    Friday September 11 - 142.0 - Yahoo for the scale reading, but a terrible day historically. I was probably around 165 pounds back then before I started packing on the menopause pounds. I couldn't carry 165 these days as my body weight shifted around with age.
    Saturday September 12 - 142.0 - I usually get more workouts/activity over the weekends, hoping to be able to sustain this number.
    Sunday September 13 - 142.9 - I will get back to that number from the last couple of days. Hard work and determination : - )
    Monday September 14 - 142.7 - I was heavier than that at 5am when I got up, so...I went back to bed until 7 lol.
    Tuesday September 15 - 142.4 - Halfway through the month now. going to try to lose a couple of more ounces before going away on holiday.
    Wednesday September 16 - 142.3 - Going to indulge on my birthday vacation for a week, but not go crazy. Not much of a cushion, hope to bring it down another ounce before leaving tomorrow.
    Thursday September 17 - 141.7 - Good number before leaving for my trip. I will get a work out in before sitting in my car.
    Friday September 18 - 142.3 - Happy with this number. Yup, I brought my scale with me. Very beautiful here.
    Saturday September 19 - 141.6 - Ah, less stress more hiking I guess. I don't have cooking facilities in my motel, so I am not eating my usual chicken with fresh veggies from my garden. I do have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Most importantly, I have a Jacuzzi in the living room overlooking the mountains : - )
    Sunday September 20 - 141.0 - Yippee Yahoo!!! Hit my 50 pound weight loss milestone right on the morning of my milestone 60th birthday :):):):)
    Monday September 21 - 142.3 - I kind of expect for it to go up higher still. Hiking lots, but also no kitchen while away so food choices are not the best.
    Tuesday September 22 - 142.9 - Burned way too many calories yesterday when I got lost on mountain trails. My body might have been gripping on to fat in fear lol. I expect my weight to go back down when that catches up in a few days. 8 days left in the month, wanting to finish strong. This weight number would have me at a 2 pound loss for the month, which I am always pleased with if I can attain it.
    Wednesday September 23 - 142.4 - I will be eating at home starting today, so maybe I can bring this number down a little more before the end of the month in 7 days. However, I won't be burning off nearly as many calories - maybe those will still catch up : - )
    Thursday September 24 - 144.0 - Not happy with that number! Feeling lean, so hopefully just a blip.
    Friday September 25 - 141.8 - Whew.
