    MFP start weight Oct 28.18 - 191
    June goal was 146.7 - Actual end weight 148.1
    July goal 143.4 (realistically I would be happy with 147.1 since I normally only lose one pound per month)
    Ultimate goal: 112-115 - Age 59, height 5'2"

    July 01 - 148.4 - Up just a titch from June EW, but really pleased to be starting the month in the 140s for the first time.
    July 02 149.4 - Eh? Not sure why I would gain a pound in one day, not doing anything differently. Staying on track and hoping to see it lower tomorrow. I am never happy with fluctuations, you would think that I would be used to it by now!

    I am in. Trying to lose the dreaded spare tire around my post-menopausal waist. I trying carb cycling, but it is time-consuming to get the macronutrients to balance daily let alone each meal!
