Under 190 and closing in on the 20-lb mark. I started in May and by August I was up and down for a total of around a 2-lb weight loss in 3 months. It was hard for me back then to even imagine hitting 20-lbs. My next mini-goal is 179.9 which I hope to hit by 11/15. I am even looking beyond that to 169.3 by 1/1 which would put me in the overweight BMI category.3 -

Woo hooo!!! I love your goals!!! My BF and I just reworked our next. We will continue with the morning “toe” photos like you and I talked before. We are shooting for 165 by 11/4.

I am interested in joining this group. My starting weight in August 2019 was 230, my current weight is 184.5. Haven’t quite determined what my goal weight is. The lowest weight I have been s 150 so I am going to use that as my goal weight.2

@Beka3695 congrats on your loss! It’s easy to get underwhelmed when the numbers aren’t going down as fast as we would like. But, at least they are going in the right direction!1

@TiffanyPe17 - your goals seem very realistic. I set my mini goals for 10lbs increments. I love celebrating small milestones. It gives me extra motivation1

So, the scale is headed down today and I am now 0.5 over instead of 0.8 over last weeks weigh in. I am bummed out because I “only” lost 6.8 lbs in September but lost 7.6 in August. I know that’s foolish and 6.8 is great but it has me in a funk because I am up this week. Hopefully, tomorrow is down more and I am net negative by Friday.
I have trust in the process and will keep following my plan. I know it will turn around.3 -
