The plan is to eat 1700 calories / day and do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
I'm sticking mostly to YouTube videos and walking since gyms are closed, otherwise I'd be lifting.
I lost 27 lbs in 2019 entirely by weightlifting. I've only lost 5 lbs this year, but I still feel pretty good about that!
