🔹Journal Food Daily (tracking with MFP since 12/28/2018; basically skipped June-Dec 2019; recommit 1/1/2020; skipped out April-July 2020; recommit 8/6/2020)
🔹Daily Vitamins (Dr’s orders; need to not ignore)
🔹Drink less alcohol (4 AF days per week; ~16 AF days per month; limit 1-2 glasses per day)
