One Month left until October 1st! If you haven't been able to get pumped for this 25lb challenge yet, it is now CRUNCH TIME! Good luck to all. Step up your game. Exercise an extra hour this week, run that extra mile, clean your house with a little more vigor!

From the day I replied to this threat, I have lost a total of 24 lbs. So, only 1lb to reach the goal.

So 1.2 lbs lost. TOM is right around the corner.
25.2 lost, I reached this challenge's goal. I'm very happy about that. I will continue to do a weekly update until Oct. 1st.

you guys are doing great....i've lost 10.2lbs since starting this challenge. I've had many obstacles this summer (multiple camping trips, loss of motivation) so I'm not exactly where i hoped yo be by now....but 10lbs is still amazing!! so i'll take that as oppesed to putting weigh back on any day keep up the grerat work!!0

Actual weight for Sept. 30 is 243.8
Well many of you have done so really well on this challenge & I am so glad you joined me. It is so wonderful to have such great support on this site. I am afraid I have fallen quite short of my goal, but at least I have gone in the right direction towards my goal. I have been sooo busy with Women's Ministry events, leading bible study, cleaning up my flower & vegetable gardens, canning, etc., that I have not been focusing on my diet & exercise as much as I should of. I lost 8.4 lbs so far. I leave to go on a 2 week holiday on Oct. 3rd. So I plan to make sure I get lots of walking & swimming in to balance the holiday foods I will be enjoying. I hope to eat a lot of seafood as I love it & it is low in calorie if not deep fried. LOL.0 -
I started at 231.2 and as of today I am 199.0. Yay!!!!
So I lost a total of 32.2 lbs. Thank you for the challenge.
