Who’s the every day workout people in here?

If I miss a day I’m miserable. Any others out there with this same mentality?

I work out every day because I need the momentum, the habit. It's too easy for one "rest day" to turn into two rest days and more rest days.
I did get to the point where I miss it when I'm on vacation though. A few years ago I went out of town for a work conference and discovered the resort had a pretty decent gym. I was kicking myself for not googling the facility before I left and packing workout clothes.9 -
I workout every day, many days twice.3

I row 5km/day and, if I miss a day, I don't feel miserasble, just dread, because that means that I need to row 10km the next day instead.4

I usually take 1-2 days a week off training for recovery purposes, I train purely for hypertrophy. I have to admit though I do miss training on those Days4

I do resistance training 5 days a week and some form of cardio mainly dance aerobics or step or spin 2 to 3 hours a week. I’m adjusted to it. I do take days off when I need to so will drop cardio days. I feel fine, my body is well adapted to it.1

I'm never miserable if I don't work out.
I have a lot of outdoor chores that keep me running morning, noon and night.3 -
I workout six days a week. Always cardio but with added light weights and bodyweight 3X a week on top.
I'm 56 in a couple weeks, so I don't sweat it if I miss a day, which is rare. I take Saturday off. Consistent but not obsessed. If I take off, it's because injury or needed recovery (or sick).4 -
I have started doing some workout everyday because I'm currently enjoying this new strength training program (5x a week) that I've started plus continuing with running, yoga and tennis (swimming over the summer). I'd love to add something fun, too, like a dance class or a skaterobics class.
I do wonder if this is all a recipe for burnout, though. Was wondering if you have multiple exercise and physical interests, how do you fit it all in?1 -
I swim at least six days a week....I do this because I need more to eat than 1200 calories a day and I still have more weight to lose....I have lost 97 lbs the last 17 months....burning extra calories let’s me eat a treat every day...on my rest day I bump my calories up to 1400....3

I train 6 days a week at the moment.
I weight train Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat.
I do a HIIT cardio on Wednesday. I also walk my dogs 2-3 times a day aiming for 10000 steps plus a day ☺️.
If I was cutting, I do more HIIT a week, maybe 4-5 times2 -

When I first started working out and losing weight, I was told I would burn out. That was over 7 years ago.
My routine is to do a cardio video at home in the morning (usually kickboxing, step or aerobics) and then 2x/wk lift in the weight room after work, 1 day run after work. I usually take Thursday and Friday nights off, but may do something short or easy. Saturday is usually 2 workouts in the morning ( I have a live step class at 8:30) and then Sunday I do a video and then go for a run.3 -
I do 6 days/week because I love both speedskating and lifting, and that's the only way I can fit enough of both in to make me happy.0

I hit the weights Mon, Wed, and Sat. Tues, Thurs, and Fri I cycle 25-30 miles. Sat is my "Gran Fondo" day. I cycle anywhere from 75 - 100 miles. Sunday is my recovery ride day; I usually do around 20 miles. Occasionally, I'll change some days around if my legs are tired. Rinse and repeat.1

6 days a week for me. M, W & F = cardio and some yoga. Resistance/strength workouts on T & Th. Sat's are usually yoga, plus home/yard work. Sun's are for "fun" - kayaking, biking or soon, x-country skiing (Sat's too).2

I go out cycling 6 days a week (take Sundays off). The only days I don't go out is if it's pouring with rain. Tried cycling in the rain once; not conducive.1

I am not “ demanding” anything...I am asking why anyone could not lose weight?....not a medical case but an every day normal person....I have lost 97 lbs in 17 months and it isn’t easy but it is doable....I think people make up many excuses not to lose weight...I did it for years!1 -
Cardio every day (though it's mainly long walks, as long as the weather holds up), strength training 5 days a week. That's alternating between lower body and upper body/core with 2 days off.1

I do not workout 7 days a week. I have my rest day but I do plan a light physical activity for the same time I would be exercising. If I do something 7 days a week then mentally it feels like a streak and I am very streak driven. Satisfying the streak is my backup plan for discipline. There might have been a time that having a backup plan would have offended my get and stay motivated - willpower is enough mindset nonsense but I am a little older and wiser now. Plus that mindset never got the adherence or the results.

I apologize for the snarky tone in my original response. At first glance it appeared that you were replying to your own comment ... as if someone were actually saying, "I am not able to lose weight." It seemed out of place when you consider that an entire community of people here on MFP are loudly proclaiming that we CAN lose weight.
In response to your question, I think that many people "can't" lose weight in the same way that a thief "can't" find a cop.2 -

Agreed....my doctor said it is amazing how many patients tell him they don’t know why they don’t lose weight because they don’t eat a thing!....well, I have news for you lol...I gained weight because I ate too much!....if you eat less you are going to lose weight...

I rarely take a day off. Strength training 4-5 days a week and some form of cardio usually 7 days a week. Sometimes that cardio is taking the dogs for a walk, a hike (nice calorie burn but wears me and the dogs out), or a combination of a dog walk and gym cardio (treadmill, summit climber, rower, and arc trainer)0

I do. I run and average of 1.5 miles a day, then 30 minutes of weight lifting before work on weekdays, then usually a 3 mile run and an hour of weight lifting on weekends. I will skip either the run or the lifting depending on how my body is feeling0

Yes bro even when I need a full rest day it's hard for me to manage. I usually just end up eating until I can't move because I don't know what else to do with myself.0
