    well since i was born and raised in the great state of Texas I am 100% Texan however, I am an American first. My heritage is mexican and cherokee with a dab of white.

    I get asked this all the time! I am half American, and half Japanese but I was born in Iceland! Haha!

    I get "What's your nationality" A LOT.. When I answer, "I'm Filipino-American," they reply with, "No really."
    Ugh! I hate when people don't get why I answer like that. It's like, "DUH ****TARD!! You didn't ask for my ethnicity."

    With that said, my ethnic makeup is:

    Filipino, Chinese, German from my mother's side.
    Filipino, Chinese, Spaniard from my father's side.

    What happens to me when I'm near Filipinos is they will start talking to me in their native tongue as if I understand WTF they are saying. I get mistaken for Filipino quite often.

    When I was younger people thought I was Mexican/Chinese LOL...

    I am so white at times I look albino....I got the pale skin, green eyes and red hair from my Scottish grandfather.

    White but I like the term Mutt. My family is all kinds of redneck (though I hide it as much as I can, even ditched my accent). All of my family lives in the state of Indiana *ALL OF THEM* Our heritage is Irish, Scottish and English.

    Someone tried to tell me we had Native American in our blood but I have seen my relatives.....I do not believe a damn word of it. :noway:

    and the list goes on.

    While sometimes I'm put off by the question, I guess people are just curious beings...
    ...with that being said - What are YOU?

    umm... cappuccino colored with a LOT of cream.

    1/2 mexican, the other 1/2 is a strange, unidentifiable mix of European and Native American.

    As a child I was 'English' then I became British, then White British...

    Now.. in the world of political correctness..
    I'm White British English.. or White British English and Scottish

    My dad is English, i was born in England but my mum is Scottish. And yes.. I'm white! lol

    My kids are in trouble as 1 is Welsh and one is adopted Welsh but in fact English.. Confused.com they will be!

    My 5 yr old nephew made friends with a boy at school and I'm not sure what ethnicity the kids is but while we were waiting outside the school yesterday my nephew goes "are you mexican or just really tan" i was mortified lol and i explained to him how rude that is.
