    Hi everybody this is my first challenge on MFP. So I'm 20yo guy 5'9". So far this year I lost 32lbs and I'm aiming for 45-50lb lost in 2020.

    Goals
    - Do 1 hour of exercice each day
    - Drink mostly water (no sugary drinks)
    - Eat less carbs in the afternoon

    ●This is my breakfast oatmeal replacement on Keto.

    **Keto Seed Porridge ~ 1 serving
    5.2 net carbs ~ 333 calories

    ~1/4 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste
    ~1 TB hemp seeds
    ~1 TB flax seed meal
    ~1 TB flax seeds
    ~1 TB chia seeds
    ~cinnamon ~ to taste

    70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    We used to walk 5 miles a day. Recovered from back surgery then hip surgery!! Got back to walking then I sprained my ankle. UGH! I was down for 6 weeks with the ankle. Getting back to it slowly.

    The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

    I'm in for another round!!

    I know it's a big drop for my goal this round, but *again* my final day was inflated at the end of the last round. At some point I'll actually record a final day that's representative of the rest of the round. Hopefully it's this round. Also, I thinking of permanently switching my goal weight to be a goal trend weight. I've added one for this round to see how that works as a goal for me.

    am in again!

    My main goal is not to be elated or devastated by the scale. It has been a very long, emotionally painful journey with my weight, all of my life. I want so badly to escape my food addiction. I never want to be 338lbs. again but I know it could very well happen. I don’t want to be 115lbs. again because at that weight I was losing my hair and I was sick all of the time and exercising four hours a day, eating less than 800 calories. I just want moderation!

    This daily weigh-in has been a good discipline. Hard to get too excited or upset over the scale when one sees how much fluctuation happens regardless of my caloric intake and exercise.

    I limit myself to a manageable 3.5 mile run each day, a 20 min morning workout and a 10 minute bedtime workout. And I eat 1,200 6 days a week and 3,600 one day a week. (My high-protein day). No added sugar. No meat.

    In for the next round! My rate of loss seems to be slowing over time - not surprising, but hopefully I can keep up the pace of losing 2 lbs this round. Meal prepping my lunches has been incredibly helpful so far since I know in advance what I’m eating and it’s easy to plug the numbers into MFP. I’d like to extend that to breakfast - will try and do some overnight oats and some egg muffins this round. I also want to keep up the core exercises - my stomach and my upper arms are the areas I want to tone up the most.

    How I'm going: my last round I didn't lose but that's alright, I just wanted to keep my weight stable, now I'm attempting to lose, also I'm aiming to reduce my salt intake, it screws up the numbers. Yesterday I ate 8093 kJ which is around maintenance.

    I’m in for my first time! I’ve lost a bit of weight during the past several months of staying home but am not even close to where I feel my best. Looking forward to the accountability and community.

    Goals
    - Drink fewer than 36 oz of Diet Pepsi a day (you don’t even know where it’s been... I started cutting down this week and am shocked that it’s been as easy as it has been, but I expect speed bumps along the way.)
    - Pre-plan breakfast and lunch (and eat the meals I plan)
    - Snack only on fruit and veggies

    CW: Not sure what it is today because my scale was out of batteries when I woke up and I’m surely not weighing later in the day! Last weigh-in was 154.4.

    I'm all in for round #130!

    Background: Still feeling residual effects of car accident that did a number on my neck/back and knee. And of course, when one knee is affected-both knees suffer. My goal has been to complete a *real* 5k this fall, and have done a couple of virtual 5k's in the meantime and planning on a couple more over the next month or so (not sure that *real* one is on, due to Covid)... I've given myself permission to lightly jog, walk-or crawl, depending on how much I'm feeling it! My goals are to complete, not compete. Getting *myself* (body) back in the process, is fabulous!
