Happy election day to you as well. Coffee n Weights. Great username. What else is there in life?
Welllll - my old user name was wine_n_weights, so there's that
I'll take coffee over wine. Better choice of username for sure.1 -
I need coffee AND wine...weights are good too

Now thinking of changing my username to whiskey_n_weights 🤔😂
It’s all good!!
Happy Election Day, vote if you haven’t done so already ✅4 -

So I gave in and was tempted by a 25% off offer for Team Body Project. I got access to a week of a workout program and really liked it so why the heck not! I'm not paying to skate or curl this year so might as well spend something on myself. I've signed up for 3 months so we shall see. Already two workouts in for the day and I'm drenched in sweat.
Then again keeping workouts playing on the tv is better than the constant election coverage or news of the attack in Vienna last night.3 -

Pecan pie is traditional in my house! From Pie n' Bugrger, yum.2 -
Hi fellow middle agers. Stopping in to say hello. Hoping getting involved in the forms will keep me motived (half way to goal, and starting to feel defeated at how long it's taking), and you seem like a lovely group of people to talk to. 😊6

How about pumpkin pie? Warm or chilled? My family always said cold others like it warmed
I'm not a fan of nuts so never pecan pie here1 -
Hi All,
I thought I'd stop to introduce myself. today is the first time I've posted! At 46 I'm nicely in the middle aged category. However I never felt middle aged until this year. I stopped running in November 2019 for a variety of reason and long with the covid weight gain, I'm feeling pretty crappy! Looking to get back on track with my diet and exercise and get back to feeling younger than my age!
I look forward to meeting some of you and for some support along the way .
