I hit my goal of getting to the 120s, 129.6 lbs!
My next numbers goal is to hit 125 lbs. I need to slightly up my calories a day to a half pound loss a week. I’ll probably do this by increasing my protein servings. I don’t need to get to this goal in a rush tho which is why I’m increasing calories. I need to start eating closer to maintenance calories.
Non-scale goal:to start a strength and flexibility (stretching and yoga) program.
Another non-scale: to be better about eating more protein. Possibly find a decent tasting protein powder to have in a smoothie or oatmeal? I’m so picky with protein powders.7 -
right now two mini goals
1) Fit into the jeans I just bought comfortably. They button, but I'm not sure I can sit in them for long (new brand, so size was a guess)
2) under 225 - I was 228.2 yesterday morning. I forgot to weigh this morning. for a goal date - Nov. 1312 -
Mini goals this week:
3 runs
173.4
I hope all of you are crushing yours!12 -
My mini goal today was to do more than an hour of fitness today. I did it. I plan on doing that for the next 4 days m- th6

I want to start going to bed much earlier than I do now. I use to do this - getting up super early too. Now it's staying up too late and watching mindless shows/social media crap and mindless eating too...13

@PAPYRUS3 I've watched some humdingers but I couldn't tell you what they were about.2

Climbing upstairs in my office building (I work on the third floor) without getting winded.7

Getting my wife to work out with me is another mini goal.6

100 rides on the Peloton by November 24, 2020. I'm at 81 today.8

Today I set THE appointment with my physician to discuss my chronic IBS which has bothered me since I had chemotherapy for ovarian cancer 5 years ago. Been putting it off due to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. I caught the virus in February, which it made me frightfully ill and exacerbated the intestinal symptoms greatly, and has made me terrified of getting it again! However, I realize now that I don't want to be hobbled in my mobility by this problem,(needing to find public restrooms on-the-go is impossible now) and I've successfully undergone a thyroid surgery recently, so on to the next issue!19

6 more pounds to losing 100 pounds even!21

I have this coat I bought last year, the buttons never did fully do up, nor could I zip up the bottom comfortably. So I'm using that coat as motivation. I only have one button to go.
Other mini motivations, increasing the amount of running I do.9 -

Just out of curiosity did they remove everything for you too? OC presents as IBS sometimes and doctors misdiagnose it.
Add me as a friend if you like, maybe we can encourage one another!

Somewhat surprisingly I hit 87kg this morning. New mini goal is 85kg, a nice round number.
My other mini goal is to log a 10K run under 7 min/km. current PB is 7:01.
Ok, down to 85 this morning 😮 guess I truly have a new lowest-recorded-weight. I think the next mini goal will be 82kg, because then I’ll just be 5kg away from the healthy BMI. I also want to slow down my loss and I’m actually shooting for 82kg by end of year.
I weighed in at 81kg this morning. New weight related mini goal is healthy BMI at 77kg.12 -
Getting the "bouncing" to go under 245. Right now I'm "bouncing around" between 246 and 248. (This is my pattern; I'll bounce for two to three weeks then abruptly slide 2-3 pounds lower and begin bouncing again.)8
-
My first mini goal is to get to 269lbs and stay there, I was was 269.4 a couple of days ago and 270.4 today so it should happen again very soon. Then my next goal is 267 which is 60lbs lost. Then, longer term, to be 251lbs which would make me just obese rather than very obese.8

I'm back after going off the program for uhhh... basically 3 years or more? I lost 50 lbs, then gained it all back. I recognize my mistakes from the first go-round and will do my best not to repeat them. Mini Goal for the week is to log honestly and get in at least 30 minutes of exercise per day!12

I have this exact same pattern. Once I understood and made peace with it everything is better! I also bounce back up a couple of pounds from a new low weight for a few days.7 -
My mini-goals through the end of the year:
> Get under 260 (currently at 278 after being 284 a couple weeks ago)
> Hit the gym three days a week minimum, work out five days a week (usually going for a walk on non-gym days)
> Go a full week without disordered thinking regarding food (no binging, no guilt)
> Get my back checked out and start some exercises based on strengthening my core to prevent further back injuries13 -
Mini goal - 6Ibs to my target weight.11

Having bought a new coat, I'd like to be able to fit into it. It's too tight on the arms and won't close in front. So we'll see how long it takes me to get my hips down to fit it. (The hips are the real problem.)10
-
My mini goal is to stop seeing swollen feet at the end of my work day.13
-
I want to hold steady below 170. I dip almost into the 160s, have a hard workout, pop back up for two or three days, dip, hard workout, pop back up... I understand that grappling/combative sports causes a lot of inflammation, but I would like the bouncing around to happen in the next “decade” of weights. Lol right now, I’m bouncing between 174 and 176, sometimes 178 without much change in food-it is usually directly correlated with the intensity of my workout.6
-
My mini-mini goal is to drop 1.8 pounds this week. Reaching my 12 pound weight loss for the month. (Dr. approved.)12
-
My mini goal is to get out of the 240s and into the 230s, and to see the swelling in my ankles and calves disappear.10
-
I want my pre quarantine Dad Bod back, ha ha10
-
I want to go back to the swimming pool without jumping into the sharky waters. I want to swim across the ocean and back again.6
