Here are my numbers as of Saturday. I hurt my hip running on thursday and then stupidly did 150 moutain climbers yesterday and today I am in LOTS of pain. Sooo if I am feeling better tomorrow I will get the last 100 in but I'm going to be smart rather then competitive (and that is an NSV for me!)

Here are my totals for this week. I know its still kinda early, but I know I will end up running errands and getting busy today and dont want to miss my numbers like last week. I had to go by my weight when I went to the doctors on Tuesday cause I need a new scale at home. I feel like I have lost more this week due to being unable to eat much of anything but I dont want to make up numbers. I am getting a new scale either today or tomorrow and will update it when I can.

I had surgery on Tuesday and it was a bit more intense than I had planned for so the recovery has been a bit longer than I like. I am finally able to move around for longer periods of time without wanting to cry. ha. So for me the water was really easy (not much else to do in bed all day. ha). But other than that I couldn't do too much of anything physical. Sorry guys. Everyone else is doing so goooooood. Keep it up guys. I feel like this is our week to finally beat the other team!! :-)0 -

Sorry for the miserable numbers on the mountain climbers. I pushed through each of those and I'm proud of them. I had to fight to keep myself up because my shoulder didn't want to hold. So, it's not as much as I wanted, but kinda proud that I tried.
I have some shoulder pain (it's been going on about a week now) so I didn't finish the mountain climbers or the burpees. In other news, I started c25k. Have a 5k on Oct. 1st!!! So, I've been getting in a lot of walking to get ready for that. If we have another miles challenge, I'm ready for it.0 -

Pulled my groin doing the mountain climbers. Depending on this weeks' challenge I might not be in a good position to give much to the team this next week. I've been in LOTS of pain for 3 days now - meds aren't helping. Possibly will be scheduling a doctor's appointment if this doesn't relax by tomorrow. I HATE injuries!
On the good note - I've been maintaining my calories, enjoying football without overeating, and I am 1.2 pounds away from my goal weight! Plus - our team is doing great!! Great week Team Ranged!0 -
