I'm looking for some friends on here.
I'd love to see what other people are doing
I'm looking to lose about 5kg/10lb.
I'm not tracking my food - I'm just checking in daily to be accountable for some habits:
Running - currently 20km/week, aiming for 35-40km/week by early next year so I can go back to my local running group (they're fast!)
Lifting weights -basic barbell lifts 2-3times per week so I get more strong and look good!
Eating veggies
